Couldn't be happier with the results. Great attention to detail in both repair work and customer service. Rear replacement bumper cover replaced; perfect paint match. I had a small unrelated scratch on a side mirror which is a different paint color than the repair. Jim took the time to explain to me the best way to touch it up on my own. They also included a small container of paint for future touch ups. Highly recommend.

I waited weeks to get my vehicle into the shop for a bumper replacement and rear corner tail light. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and I still do not have my vehicle back in my possession. The job required them to remove the old bumper paint the new bumper and replace it. I was quoted a 4-day job. I'm on day 8 and I still do not have my vehicle back. This is not only frustrating but very disappointing as well. Not very professional of this shop and not a very good look. I was not looking for any special treatment from the shop but for things to be handled in a timely fashion. And they failed on all levels. Fingers crossed when I pick it up things are done right if not I have to go more days without her. Picked my car up. Arrived home and did thorough inspection and noticed several things were not right. Went back to shop immediately and owner Gus stated they were done and not going to do anything else. I was threatened via text if I call or show up they will call the cops on me! I have a LIFETIME WARRANTY that is about as useful as toilet paper. This shop is completely unprofessional on EVERY level. I was bribed by owner if I change my ONE STAR REVIEW they will pay difference between aftermarket and OEM part prices. I REFUSED. I am now going to another shop and having all their errors fixed the way it should have been. I also reported their business ethic to State farm. Update: Went to another shop in Naples and all my concerns were confirmed that PRCW didn't do a good job with paint or repairs. Shop states " This isn't Lexus quality work and the OEM bumper doesn't fit due to a possible issue underneath they didn't address. Reported them to BBB, State farm and Atty General Ashley Moody. As well as DACS. Let PRCW talk to them seeing they are DONE WITH ME and didn't honor DAY 1 of a LIFETIME WARRANTY! Karma UPDATE**** New repair shop removed new bumper and found THREE BROKEN BRACKETS all in the accident spot. No wonder the OEM bumper didn't line up properly. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE FOR ANY REPAIRS. HACK SHOP!!!!!!!

I was in my first accident and was referred to Pine Ridge Coachworks by my insurance company. I had more than one option but chose them based on their overall reviews. I can honestly say, having them do my repair was the best choice I could have made! They gave me honest advice and really had my best interest at heart. The job took 2.5 weeks because I had extensive rear bumper damage and these guys take the time necessary to do the job right. Let me tell you when I saw my car after the work was done, tears of joy and relief were in my eyes. It looks like a brand new car again!! The paint match and parts were perfect. When they say they guarantee their work, they mean it. I had to come back twice for little imperfections because Brian insists on making sure things were done correctly. They go above and beyond for their customers. He even pointed out a couple scratches (not caused by them) and they touched them up for me. You aren't going to find another body shop in town like them and I promise you won't regret trusting your car in their hands. These guys are very professional and treat your car like their own. Thanks again for all you guys have done for me! I will be using you for all my work in the future as well as telling all my family and friends about you!!

Having to bring your car in after finding it sideswiped is not a good thing, but this body shop made the whole experience a pleasure. They sent me daily text message updates and projected finish date. They actually finished 1 day earlier. When I got my car it was perfect, totally cleaned inside and out as if it was detailed. My car looked and smelled like new. Kudos to this business. Totally professional and efficient!!!!

We are so happy we found PRCW. After the front end of our car was damaged, we called Pine Ridge Coach Works, got a repair estimate the same day, and set up an appointment. I was working with this shop originally to get my car estimate and repaired after an accident. I had some questions about the language and timing of a document that was emailed to me to sign. Kevin the estimator called me back in reference to the email of questions. He did not answer my concerns instead he talked down to me and told me "this is the way it's done." My main concern was that the form states that I am giving permission for repairs which can be used for the shop to move forward with repairing the vehicle instead of just giving an estimate. Kevin talked over me, spoke un harsh tones and then threatened that my car should not be in the shop and should be towed out when I stated he is not addressing my questions. He even felt that he needed to reread aloud the document to me like I was a child. Kevin then stated that he will have the owner call me. I hope my conversation with the owner is better however thanks to Kevin's threat I feel I need to find a backup option for my vehicle. UPDATE: I spoke with Gus the owner. I have reviewed other Repair shops authorization forms and said that his employee claimed that his repair authorization form missed items that are captured in the others. Gus took this criticism and looks to build on it. (Very positive) Kevin did break my trust and gave me poor customer service. Gus acknowledged this and plans on talking to Kevin about his behavior. I wish Kevin the grace pause when one is out of their depth. His behavior is not being excused but will be worked on with Gus. I am having my vehicle worked on by another shop after Kevin's statements. Gus gracefully understood that. His understanding demeanor helped to avoid resentment. Great job. I wish you guys the best.

Big Shout Out to Pine Ridge Coach Works for an OUTSTANDING job they did repairing my 2002 GMC Envoy. Even with the strike going on at GM, they got the parts and got my little truck back on the road again. Not only that..... They shined her up so she looked even better than before the accident. So in early July I got into a fender bender with my car. The insurance company's mobile app initially only allowed me to pick Caliber Collision so I take my car there and a day or so later they call me to pick my vehicle up because they couldn't find the parts and weren't willing to try to think outside the box. After viewing their portal online I realized I had options. My mother had used these fine people in the past and I was excited that this was a company I could utilize personally. So I go by for the initial estimate and I'm linked up with Kevin primarily and also Brian. Both just absolutely awesome people. So the hunt for my front bumper wasn't going to be easy. GM themselves had none in stock and even online they're basically unobtainable. But instead of calling me back and saying we can't help you, you know what Kevin did? He spent his own valuable time doing everything he could to get me my bumper including 3 way calls with representatives from Chevy and GM multiple times. After a month or so of searching I try to go the aftermarket route. Kevin is kind enough to receive the aftermarket bumper and rightfully advise me to not touch it with a 10 foot pole. It was bad. Real bad. Back to the drawing board. 5 months later I find a bumper from a hurricane flood car and no less than 2 weeks later my vehicle is back looking better than ever and I can't overstate how easy and painless PRCW made the whole process. They stored that crappy aftermarket bumper and all the additional parts (hood, small bits) for months and never said a peep about it as they had to constantly shuffle it all around to make their business run. Also helped get the aftermarket bumper repackaged and shipped back. Hell, i had to go by multiple times and have them take it off a top shelf, unpack it and let me take extra photos of it to get my return processed. Not a peep of griping. The patience of saints. And now, as of yesterday my baby is back home safe and sound and I couldn't be more thankful or appreciative. You guys rock and I'll never go anywhere else. Also I'm pretty sure Kevin is secretly related to me because his cousin is a splitting image of me. It was almost unsettling when he showed me the photo. 🤣

I was the driver in an accident caused by someone else. I took the car to be repaired to PRCW and it was the best place I could have chosen. Since I wasn't at fault for the accident, PRCW and my insurance company worked together to ensure that the repairs would be made and I would not be liable for them. PRCS repaired all those dents and scratches in a week's time. Best of all, PRCW had a great rapport with my insurance company. Payments to PRCW were made promptly and my car was back with me in no time. Best of all, it cost me nothing because of the professionalism of PRCW and USAA.

We were on vacation so they emailed and said they checked with insurance who covered the part and labor r placement and to pick it he car up when we get back!
