CALLED A FEW LOCAL TIRE REPAIR SHOPS & UNFORTUNATELY NEEDED TO SCHEDULE REPAIR. I CALLED TIRED KINGDOM & WITHIN TEN MINUTES I WAS ON ROUTE TO THEM. UPON ARRIVAL I WAS GREATED & GIVEN FOUR OPTIONS TOWARDS MY SERVICE. WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT AND WITHIN 2 HOURS I WAS THE HAPPIEST MAN ON THE PLANET KNOWING THEY JUST CORRECTED MY ISSUES WITH TIRES, OIL CHANGE & ALIGNMENT. THANKS FOR THE TEAM AT TIRE KINGDOM MY FAMILY IS BACK TO SAFE TRAVELS. THANKS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM.

I had a blow out in a constructure zone...as I waited for AAA I called this store to see of they had the tires in - they were so helpful and even removed and replaced my mobility scooter carrier. They worked 20 minutes past closing time to make sure I had 4 new safe tires with the spare and jack all neatly put away.

Tesla owners…. Get your alignment done in this tire kingdom… it’s cheaper, they do a great job, and they know what they are doing!!!!! Highly recommend this place… originally I had only came here for a new tire but got the alignment since they offered it and I knew I needed it! Thank you all…. Service was outstanding!

I had the worse experience of customer service at this Tire Kingdom location. I was traveling from South Florida and my car sensor for my rear tire goes off. I arrive at 4:05pm on a Sunday. I managed to get air back in my tire just to make it to this TK location, but could hear air was coming out. When I arrived there was one customer that was getting her car back. The entire lobby was empty. An older gentleman with glasses comes in and I did't even get a simple "hello". I begin to explain what was happening. And he says " I can't do anything to the tire today, you will have to come back tomorrow. We close at 5. " He does not even check if they have the tire in stock. I ask if he knew any other places close by and just stares at me and says "It's Sunday." I know what day it is and I know what time it is. I didn't have time to waste to catch his name nor spend anymore time being rudely ignored. I will NEVER give Tire Kingdom my peace or money ever again. He clearly didn't want to provide service to me! In order to post I have to select a star please let it be known that's the only reason why a star is even filled.

I came in today to Tire Kingdom for a simple tire replacement, and the experience was awful. The waiting room had no air conditioning... over 90 degrees plus humidity... and the only relief was a big fan. After sitting there sweating, I went up to the counter to ask if the store had Wi-Fi. Instead of answering, the employee Andy snapped at me and told me I needed to put my shirt back on, speaking in a rude and dismissive tone. Not only was my question ignored, but the way I was treated as a paying customer was completely unprofessional. If Tire Kingdom can’t provide a basic level of courtesy and customer service, plus a tolerable waiting environment, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This isn’t about just one experience. This is about every experience for the last few years! The managers and the mechanics are trustworthy & respectful. Super accommodating, and always always helpful and I have never felt misguided on anything and as a woman, that speaks volumes. The property is always clean, waiting room, and the bathrooms are spotless. I just feel very at home at this shop and that can’t be said about too many places involving automobile care. So thank you all at Tire Kingdom for everything that you do !!
