It’s never fun to hear the news that your car needs extensive repairs. Fortunately, Christine Barta at Germain BMW is tireless when it comes to helping. I was out of town when the car went in for service. Christine Barta’s communication was great. She researched the extended warranty that I purchased through Germain a couple years ago. She contacted them. They sent an inspector out to check on the work needed. They approved the work and instead paying over $4,000, I only had to pay a $100 deductible. After researching, test driving, and owning several luxury SUV's, my experience at Germain BMW and the BMW SUV is at the top. Having a very bad back, I needed a driver's seat that wasn't firm or hard. I found it with the BMW X5. The adjustments were phenomenal BUT the ride, safety features, and technology were even more terrific. No more back pain and a commanding view and feel of the road with intuitive technology couldn't be matched by the other brands. My sales representative and the staff were patient, informative, and went the extra mile to make sure I found the right colors that I wanted. Just an overall great experience.
