These guys are so good. I had my car towed to the Shirley Street shop when it stalled out on me at the entrance to a shopping mall. I was passing through town and expected to be in Naples for one night. Angel and his team were spot on diagnosing the problem, ordering the correct parts and getting me fixed and on the road. It took 3 days to get us going, but while this was happening, I was hearing about how other shops had cars with the same problem waiting for weeks to get their parts. The guys at Dealers Choice were very friendly, accommodating and skilled. Highly recommend.

I have been showing up here for the last 12 months every month for calibration to a rented rip off from Intoxalock. Dealers Choice, Terry.. I am grateful for your priority service every time I arrived. Always a pleasure seeing you, great conversation while waiting for yet another $58 to fly out the door. I am so very relieved that I no longer have to visit for the calibration needs, but would like to add that when I had issues with the unit (or so I thought) your location replaced the shift gear for me and all was well again. I am confirmed that Rav 4's have had issued with the gear shift and the guys at Naples Dealers Choice were all about fixing it. My sincere appreciation for all this shop has done. I highly recommend the two Dealer's Choice locations.. Naples and Bonita Springs. Both locations are hands on professionals that are there to see you on a smooth road ahead. I'm very grateful I have been introduced to these people.

Serious lack of customer support and communication. Be warned, leaving a vehicle here could result in you not having your vehicle for months. Did not order the parts when they said they did, did not complete the repairs they were supposed. After 3 months, roughly 30% of repairs were complete, while there were new damages created. Also could not get a manager to have a meeting, seemed to be dodging phone calls.

This 'body shop' deserves negative stars. My 2023 Lexus was released to me---with a crushed front sensor system that John Davis never caught. He is a liar and absolute disgrace to the service industry. Had my car for 3 MONTHS!!!! and released it still damaged. Here are some words of wisdom John: DO BETTER before your negligence results in a situation wherein your customers are harmed due to your inept service. DO NOT USE DEALER'S CHOICE FOR ANY VEHICLE RELATED SERVICE!!!!

First of all, I can't say that I'm happy or pleased. My car has been there for 2 months and counting and it still hasn't been finished. I think there has been a lot of lack of interest in doing the work because it hasn't just been the delay but also the lack of communication with me to inform me about my car. Anyway, I'm still waiting and I still don't have a completion date. It's been more than 2 months and counting. Every day I'm waiting will be a negative comment.

Amazing service at the Dealers choice on Shirley street! we had a flat tire day before we were flying back to Canada. We were looking for a garage that can repair our tire immediately. They were very efficient and helpful with a reasonable price. We felt welcome. Flat tire is not fun when you are on vacation but with their service , we forgot all about it and envoy the remaining of the day. Thanks Dealers Choice!!!

Don't give them any business!!! AAA routed my call for an in warranty battery replacement and the dispatcher put that all down including what battery was needed (Honda CRV, one of the most common batteries). I waited for over 3 hours (and later saw the dispatch which was reminding them over and over and over again that they hadn't responded). Only then did Dealers Choice call to tell me they didn't have the battery. - so I waited for another hour for a AAA truck (they were great). If AAA routes you to Dealer's Choice, say no way and definitely don't go directly to these guys!

Very happy with our service! Called AAA because of battery issues. They sent out Dealers Choice and they took care of us in no time! Friendly, helpful staff. Quick service. My husband drove his work car in for a diagnostic today (it had a small oil leak). The team got his car up on a lift and diagnosed the leak within 15 minutes. The supervisor offered to order a new plug and complete the service themselves, but recommended my husband go back to the Valvoline (where he got his last oil change done) and have them fix it for free. Valvoline honored the request and installed a new plug in 15 minutes... No more oil leak! We appreciate the honestly and quick service at Dealer's Choice. We will come back for any future services on our vehicles!

The place is a scam. They have stolen my classic car part and told me verbatim: “ prove it”. Charged thousands of dollars and not fix it. They associated with AAA. But the parking lot is empty. I will proceed with the investigation. Do NOT EVER contemplate to use this service. I never put bad reviews but did it this time as a good samaritan to save you aggravation , pain and money. If one of you is the attorney, pls email me. We can start class action.

John and his team are down to earth and provide honest business. I was looking to have my small roof of a Prius refinished and repainted. I first stopped at perfection body shop down the street who quoted me around $1,400. John at Dealer’s Choice gave me a great deal at $615.
