**UPDATE** - despite what the owner has said responding to this review, no one from this store has reached out to me. *** Used them once before, this was my second experience with an insurance repair authorized to this location. This location has absolutely gone to the pits. The manager Tim (in training) is abrasive and indifferent to customers. The reception staff are rude, not-helpful, and incompetent. They send texts for appointments then say they wont do the estimate/work at those times. The estimator just stopped showing up for appointments. so the manager in training took pictures of my car and said to come back for the estimate. Then they refused to do the work. Totally wasted hours of my time. This is the definition of a failing business. If you want to be treated to the worst customer experience...frequent this business. Otherwise, heed all the recent reviews and run away, as fast as you can.

Couldn’t have been happier with the way my vehicle came out! Amazing service overall. My car was finished sooner than any other shop I’ve been to. Thank you to BK & Tony for making this whole process as easy for me as possible! They really take care of their clients & kept me updated with progress on my vehicle throughout the entire week it was there. Would highly recommend! This is my second time at this location. My first bad experience was 10 years ago so I figured they’d made some changes and I would give them another chance. I was wrong. Again my car came back with multiple defects to the workmanship. They “repaired” an after market wheel on my car that I specified that I did not want to be touched. They did such a poor job and even damaged the wheel in the process and now I can’t get a replacement part because they’ve been discontinued. I took my car back for warranty repairs and booked an appointment time for 12 days out, their earliest available appointment. I get to the location and there is no rental car available, not Gerber’s fault entirely but they could have let me know that there was no car and saved me the gas and two hours of my time. So I left, they will not be touching my car again and I’ll be using another location. So now I have to waste more of my time because they did an extremely poor job the first time around.

I absolutely hate the process of getting body work or repairs done, but Gerber made it painless and provided me updates along the way. Dekendrick was great. Very knowledgeable, and kept me updated during the process, and didn't charge me for unnecessary stuff or add any charges after the quote. They even cleaned the inside of my car out.

From first call to completion flawless. My wife's car was damaged at work(of course the other driver left without saying anything. ughh) Anyway, called our insurance(Progressive) and they referred us to Gerber. We had to wait a couple out weeks to get the car in (understandable as everyone is busy). When we brought it in the staff was great and explained in could take 3 weeks (fine again as we arranged for a rental) 1 week later the car is done, looks perfect and back at home. with this experience I would highly recommend Gerber and if 6 stars were an option that's what I'd give. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough about how awesome my service was at this location. The Customer Service representative that took my call reassured me that she would have the best estimator and body techs working with my car. The communication from start to finish was exceptional. They had to keep my car one extra day due to a part on delay but the Manager called me to let me know and promised they would fast track my vehicle completion as soon as it arrived. My car looked better then when I brought it brand new and they even cleaned the outside better than I could have ever! Thanks to this amazing team I am ready to attend my sons tournament this weekend with peace.

The video is even worse my whole bumper is falling off no clips no bolts. Thank you very much Gerber for having me driving around unsafe car for a month telling me not to wash my car, finally I'm washing it taking a closer look and this is what I see.Don't trust Gerber collision. This is my second time using Gerber first time with my Dodge journey my front fender guard was missing.

Customer service was wonderful until I found issues with the finished product. Decide yourself from the pictures. Bed does not appear to be aligned correctly, I see streaks in the paint, and where did that blue paint come from? Nothing was addressed and I was told to leave.
