They're my car broke down at night as I was coming back from work I called to get a tow driver showed up in less than 15 minutes extremely polite explained everything when we I got home there wasn't enough room to park my car the driver got off and pushed the car into the parking spot even though my steering wheel didn't want to turn it was a tough job he did it with no complaints saving their number for sure

Very upset. I needed a small ford ranger towed. the guy told me 1 hour, took him well over an hour. I was up till 11 30 in front of my clients house, they needed to be up for work the next day.. so when he FINALLY got there.. he shows up in an old beat up tow truck that looked like they spray painted it with primer.. it was the tow behind type of tow truck, not the normal tow truck where it winches the car on top of it. there was a boat engine and some other scrap metal on the truck. he said because there is something on the truck bed it would cost $300 to tow it! now, its a tiny little step side ranger truck.. you cant put much metal on it.. all it was it a car engine and a boat motor.. well for that he said that it would cost me $300 to tow! I have towed trucks with HUGE scrap metal loads and they didn't try to charge me for what was on the truck bed. anyways, it was so embarrassing that I made my client wait for 2 hours for a tow truck and when the guy finally got there he shows up with this POS. Wasted 2 hours of my life. I know the other companies are a little more expensive but you get a brand new truck, reliable and faster service, and the guy driving the truck is an employee who just wants to get the job done and get paid,, not a GREDDY owner trying to milk the life out of people. I cant believe he would pull off just a shameful stunt. next time I rather pay the 20 extra dollars and know I will get a relievable service. $300! unreal. The worst the service, the more it cost! :( from pine ridge to Immokalee road, a 3 mile ride at night on 41. than I mapped it out to be 3.5 miles.. and he was trying to tell me it was 9 miles... unreal.

I've only dealt with the tow truck part of this business and it's unlike any other business I've ever worked with. We use them at our property to tow vehicles but they never answer their phone. I normally call 10-15 times and no one ever picks up. There's no answering service. One time the "dispatcher" did pick up and told me she was sending a tow truck to my property. One a half hours later I called back to check on the status and she told me "oh that truck is in Miami sir," as if I should have known. I'm not sure how this "business" still exists, but I would steer clear of this company if you're looking for a reliable tow truck company. I would give 0/5 stars if that was an option.

Dec 04 2012 I recently moved in Naples and was looking for a good car mechanic to repair the AC for the car of my wife a Suzuki 2004. Alfredo the Owner of the place is definitely the type of guy everybody are looking for. I never once had anyone else tell me and take time to show and explain everything about the problem I had before but he did with the A/C system. So to find Specialist Auto Tech Express was a huge relief because i was new in Town and it is always hard to find a goog mechanic place. I din't try to up sell me and was fair with his prices. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will continue to come here for any car needs I have. Alfredo is a really honest and knowledgeable mechanic. Like I sais above he was really fair with his pricing and really honest about what the car needs etc... His service was professional, really quick and high quality. I've heard alot of horror stories about mechanics selling people parts/services they don't need, and its good to know a local mechanic who's honest and does great work. He took 1 hour over the phone calling every where t find a A/C Compressor and finally found one. He promised me that the car woulod be ready a day after and it was done. Thank you Alfredo and don't worry if i have any problem even if i am stuck on the road you will be the one i will call for the towing and the reapair Luc your Canadian customer

In my last trip to Naples my vehicle had a problem with the air conditioning. I was very lucky to contact Specialist Auto Tech. Albert, the owner was very professional. He fixed my vehicle very fast and for a very resonable price compared with Coastland Automotive. I was very satisfied with the service recieved by his auto repair shop. I really recommend this business to anyone looking for a good auto mechanic.

I have been using this shop for over 10 years for both my personal and company vehicles. The level of service and expertise is second to none. I have yet to have found another shop with the level of honesty and integrity found here. After all these years this is still the best most honest shop I have ever dealt with.

Horrible experience, owner Alberto Cabrera is committing 3rd degree felony and several misdemeanors according to Florida Statute Chapter 715 Title XL. 1. Towed a vehicle without appropriate signage on property. 2. After finally getting their information from the property management it was impossible to get a hold of them for 3 days. No voice mail, text messages not returned, no call back, nothing. According to FL law they need to answer calls 24 hours 7 days a week and provide the vehicle back within 1 hour of customer request. 3. No notification of Police Department within 30 min. Long story short, they charged me $323 for not being able to recover my vehicle for 3 days, as they do not answer their number. I have filed with the BBB and am also filing a lawsuit for predatory towing practices with Morgan & Morgan. I attempted to be reasonable with the owner and offered to pay for the towing, just wanted a discount on the storage fees as it was not my fault that they wouldn't follow the law and allow me to pickup my vehicle within 1 hour of request. He was extremely rude and told me to get lost and it wasn't his problem. I had a printout of Florida Chapter 715 underlined all 3 ways his company was breaking the law, he told me that wasn't true and refused to even look at the document. No problem, I have all the time in the world and plan on spending reasonable amount of money to ensure that his company doesn't scam anyone else. See you in court, Ablerto...

Worst shop I have ever done business with! Tried to steal my car by attempting to charge me a CRAZY FEE of $1500 for a diagnosis fee to tell me my manual car needed a clutch! We ended up in court and the judge made them return my car (free of ANY charges) after a lot of wasted time! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!

Any time I’ve been asked “do you know a good mechanic?”, it is a pleasure to recommend Specialty Auto Tech! Alberto‘s experience and knowledge is fantastic! Every one of my family and friends have since starting go to him! I even had a vehicle in another state that I was having problems with and told him the basics. The car had already been looked at and fixed unbeknownst to him. He started to explain to me generally what happens with the vehicle that I own and roughly what mileage it starts to have the problem and every single thing he said was exactly spot on!
