Everything fixed to my satisfaction, they do good work. Just need to work on communication within the office. Said they left a message when car was ready, but have no record of it. Had to call them, which lead to issues with the rental car company I was dealing with for insurance coverage.

Excellent job fixing collision damage. They were very helpful in finding the parts that GM would not. Did not over promise on when it would be fixed! Helped make the car drivable while we were waiting on parts. Would recommend them and would use them again (although I hope we don't need to!).

Wow wow wow. We just picked up our car after an accident, and insurance claim craziness. The front right basically needed a complete replacement. It took about a week and a half for the repair to take place but holy cow they are amazing. They went above and beyond, and even fixed some minor things that they didn’t need to (ex: my rear lights were spray painted black from a previous owner and they cleaned and made them like new!!!). I am so impressed with their customer service. Definitely recommend this collision shop.

I was impressed by the speed at which NCC got my car fixed and how well they kept me informed on the progress. The finished job speaks for itself. What really impressed me the most though, was that when I noticed a small spot of paint on the center console arm rest and called to get advice on how to clean it off without causing damage, I was told to bring it in. When I arrived I hadn't even gotten out of the car when a man approached from the office, greeted me and said "I'll be right back." He went to the garage and returned with a rag and solvent. After removing the paint, he asked me to wait while he went to grab a sealant to protect the armrest surface. It turns out that the man from the office was actually Dave, the owner, and he took full ownership in making it right for me, which is a very important factor to me. Dave has earned a loyal customer in me and I would highly recommend this shop for any and all auto body needs!

I came in for an estimate for bumper repair and walked away within minutes with my car repaired without charge, as it was possible to snap the bumper back in place. They recommended not to repair at this time and wait to see if the initial repair would hold instead of going for the more expensive option.
