This was our first Lexus purchase and we could not be happier with the whole experience we had with our salesman Adam at Germain Lexus. We are only interested in plug-in hybrids, and Adam not only found us exactly what we needed, but in the trim I preferred. He was patient with our questions, and has a great sense of humour. Plus he loves his dogs, like we do, so he is a first rate human. When we took our car in for service for an add-on we purchased, we appreciated the whole process that our Service manager Lee provided…from being able to drive right up to the service bay, leave the keys with a valet, and wait in comfort inside with excellent snacks! Lee was super patient with more of our questions (we’re old people!). We are so happy we went with Lexus. We appreciate the lengths both Adam and Lee took to make us feel comfortable with our purchase.

My wife and I bought a 2021 RX 350 from Matt Christen and were very pleased with our overall experience. Matt was extremely accommodating. Scott Fielding from Germain Lexus is my service advisor. I just bought my certified used Lexus SUV from this dealer a few months back and this was my first regular service visit. Scott handled everything promptly and professionally from intake to departure. I had a minor body trim issue that he handled, ordering parts and getting the work done. This meant a loaner car for a day and a half, which he quickly arranged. He kept me updated via email and text on the progress of work, the results of the work, and projected costs. Isaac Herzberg was amazing to work with, even after the car I wanted at his dealership was sold he found another one just like it rather than trying to persuade me to go with something else in stock. I drove almost 4 hours to pick up my car and when I got to the dealership everyone was extremely nice and welcoming.
