I actually waited about a week to write this review because of the way I was treated. To start it all off, it was sent to them because of the fact the shop on Collier Blvd messed it up so bad (the complete front end was left loose after $3500 worth of work they told me I had to have to keep the warranty on the new tires I just had installed by them). It was then pulled in and made a video of cracked head, blown motor (really just brake fluid build up) has never smoked like the video the whole time before and after the video. Which was shown to me so that the company would not be liable for doing the rework and the damage work from the result. I told the service writer Louis to fix the truck. I was told by Louis, "That he could perform surgery, but he couldn't bring back a dead beast The truck was not in a bay and stayed that way until I called a week later where they gave me a bunch of excuses about why they hadn't looked at it. When I displayed my dislike Louis hung up on me, not once but twice. Then they refused to even look at it until I paid another $1000 not enough room for a full review. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR TO EITHER LOCATION!!

I bought a set of tires here less than a year ago that developed a problem. These folks quickly agreed to replace the tires under warranty. The installation, balance, and alignment are great and the car drives straight and smooth. Very happy with this Firestone shop and Luis who works there.

Showed up at this location at 6:00 PM, the window says they close at 7:00PM, THE DOOR WAS LOCKED!!! There’s a guy inside at the counter, helping someone… the back door was open and someone in the shop. Can’t even schedule an appointment!? I called, was put on hold it is now 6:30PM-I still can’t even schedule an appointment! Just WOW. Don’t waste your time. When businesses run with such low ethics, I certainly would not trust them with my main method of transportation. Update- Went next door to the Chevy dealer service, also closed, but on my way back, noticed the Firestone overhead door open and I pulled up since it was just after 6:30, oh my they literally left out the back…I am Still unable to make an appointment even!!! Just unreal.

On 9/1/25 we took our car to get checked as it's an 11 year old vehicle and wanted to get some preventative maintenance done. What was supposed to be a productive visit turned into a plethora of inconveniences. Upon the employees inspecting our vehicle, they told us we would need new struts, motor mounts and a battery for the sound of 3.7k. That sounded like a lot, and I wanted to get a second opinion however my MIL was willing to assist with the repairs today so I confided in Firestone to take care of it. Within hours of leaving after our car was serviced at this location, the car started to leak transmission fluid. We go back the next day and they now tell us we have a faulty gasket pan for our transmission. So I politely ask if that's something they could have accidentally done during the work done previously. The employee on the phone (Luis, I believe) insisted that the car did not have leaks during the diagnostic service they did and that it happened after. Hmm, convenient. One of two things happened here. You're negating accountability and being dishonest, or the diagnostic services provided were NOT thorough and missed something critical. Both are unacceptable. Anyways, they tell us that they need to order a part and to come back the next day. My husband arrives to the facility to receive the service and he was there from 10:30 am until AFTER 5 pm and no one communicated what was going on until about 3:30 pm, in which they were cryptic and unclear, only telling him that "they are waiting for the new part" between 3 and 5 pm. This caused me to be stranded in North fort Myers and have to hitch a ride home. I call Firestone and firmly yet try to remain cordial to ask what happened, why it took seven hours and why they did not communicate anything to my husband (he has mutism and speech impediment so this was a nightmare situation for him) and I had to essentially badger the staff for an explanation? Their explanation was crazy too. "We ordered the wrong part and didn't realize until we already ripped your previous gasket pan out and could not put the original back in, and we're unable to source the part needed for several hours. So our car was sitting in their shop, messed up EVEN MORE FROM THEM and they couldn't even have the courage or sense of accountability to explain what happened to my husband, leaving him really distressed and confused and stuck at Firestone for the equivalent of a work shift, and no apology either. They just assured that we wouldn't be paying for the part or labor today. I would hope not, as you've costed us a lot of our time, already significantly over charged us and couldn't even apologize or provide basic customer service. This is why you don't go to corporate scale mechanics. Straight up shiesty, dishonest, and the incompetence is absolutely astounding. Wow.

I didn’t ask you for a free oil change after you took advantage of me. An ‘update’ on my vehicle should include the price. You charged me for things I didn’t ask for and tried to make it up with a ‘discount’ on what I did. Don’t go.

Got charged by LANE for a "free suspension check" they converted into a CV Axle & Transmission REBUILD referral issue WITH A HUGE SMILE Speaking of which, another Firestone & a Chrysler dealer both refused a fluid/filter change @ 160k, i just did it myself and saw the control arm bushing is causing the "tranny issue," ~ there is not one iota of intellect with these guys.. salespeople for "AAMCO." you have all been duped !!!

I've been a loyal customer of Firestone on Airport Pulling since 2014, but my recent visit was the most disappointing experience I've ever had. I arrived at 6:20 PM needing a tire replacement or repair, and spoke with Wayne, the tire technician. To my surprise, he informed me that he couldn’t assist because they close at 7:00 PM and it would take him 45 minutes to complete the job. It’s frustrating when a business you've trusted for years can't accommodate you, especially when you're well within business hours. I expected a higher level of service and flexibility for long-time customers. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue with their staff to improve customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel valued and should be accommodated whenever possible. I’m disappointed with how this was handled and hope others don’t have a similar experience.

Visited at the end of last year and received an $8,000 repair estimate. Because they said they couldn’t do transmission work, I took the car to a transmission specialist who determined the only issue was worn tires. Based on this experience, I feel the initial shop pushed unnecessary repairs—possibly to meet sales targets. I wouldn’t trust them and won’t go back.

Great experience and a true professional service center. I had an emergent tire problem late in the day on a Friday no less, no one would help, so I called Firestone on Airport Pulling rd. They said no problem bring it right in and I ended up buying 4 tires from them as I needed them anyways but there was no hard sell, best pricing around and they got me in and out with little notice. The tires are smooth as silk too. I will be back and thanks again Firestone crew on Airport!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Firestone, Airport Pulling Rd. N., Naples, Florida. We walked in off the street with a problem with a loose piece of plastic under the front bumper. It was late, but these gentlemen helped to secure the bumper so are as good as new. All the young men made us feel comfortable and we will be returning for all the service we will need on our car.
