Very happy with service. Stopped in to make an appointment to get a halogen headlamp bulb changed on my Chev SUV. They did it right away as I waited for only $25.00? the bulb must cost that much. I then discovered that they don't accept credit cards for under $35.00. Amazingly, they told me to come back and pay when it was convenient. When it was convenient? I'll be back. Oh yeah - the local Chev dealer - they wanted $100.00 for the same thing

Not sure who the one star reviews are but clearly trolls. I moved to the area a few years ago. I know car repair inside and out as I used to do it all myself. I test all shops I use for the first time with simple things. 99% of the time shops will fail trying to charge me way too much. These guys passed with flying colors. They are absolutely as honest as they come. Their prices are fair and they do not add on unnecessary work. I have recommended them to many people and they all come back saying they had a great experience.

You gotta go see these guys before you go pay the dealership your hard earned money.. Talk to Brandon the manager/owner, also the most down to earth professional gentleman, he has all of the latest equipment/tools and diagnostics to solve any of your vehicles hiccups wether it be your basic daily driver all the way up to your exotic pride and joy toys. I just feel ripped off, tire change was $87.00 I brought my own tire. This is 3-4X higher than anyone in town. Price gouging at its finest. Don’t do business here.

Stopped in today for a possible engine fan problem. Brandon the owner and his mother at the front desk are both outstanding. I was very disappointed when I received the estimate to repair the water pump in an Audi Q3. The parts were double retail price. Then was charged $100 for diagnostics when I had the vehicle towed to another shop.

Naples Park Auto is by far the best shop in Naples to take your car. Brandon and Summer are honest, knowledgeable and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. You know you're dealing with an honest shop when they tell you that you don't need something! All the work they did do was perfect and never had an issue. Nobody in Naples will touch my car but them!
