Everything worked out better than expected. Cristina and her team did a great job rebuilding my doors on my 1996 F250HD 4x4. Replacement of both door panels, window regulators, window channel felts and all seals including repair of the door handle mechanism and vent window handles. New door hinges including body panel alignment. Everything works like new now. I highly recommend this shop!

I went in for a muffler delete on my 98 Z3 and was completely satisfied with every level of the business. Customer service scheduling an appointment was accommodating and communicative. The tech that was taking care of my car was very professional and informative on their recommendations for my exhaust system. I don’t know much about welding and exhaust work but it came out looking quality and professional and it sounds great!! They also worked with me on the price a little which shows great customer service. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

This shop is immaculately clean and the staff is incredible to work with. I had an issue with my truck that other shops couldn’t seem to figure out. This team worked until they found the actual source and fixed it, instead of giving a band aid solution. This company was honest, communicative, and a fair price. What a refreshing experience in today’s business world. They just earned a lifelong customer!

After contacting 33 different alignment shops in Cape Coral, I decided to venture outwards due to the one of the guys who could work on aftermarket suspensions not showing up an appointment locally. I contacted this shop, the customer service over the phone was what sold me. After driving an hour to this place they did in fact do what I needed them to do with the alignment. The paper read out and mechanics words lined up. I was happy…until I went to pay. I was quoted $190 on the phone. $40 more than any other place. Including the guy who could do the job for $150 near me. I was okay paying a bit more for a good job and stellar customer service. Unfortunately that $190 became $290 Due to the job taking “more time” I was there for a little over a hour. Not only was it quick. But typically alignments or any job are priced per job. A mechanic or tech will typically want to only allocate X amount of time for a job because it only pays X amount of time. That’s how it’s always worked. So to my surprise, this quickly came out of budget for me. If I would’ve known they paid their techs so well (by time). I would’ve gone elsewhere. While I didn’t leave paying what I was expecting. Credit is due to the service writers. They did accommodate a bit at $229 for the job. Unfortunate given our current economy. It’s hard to find a good shop nowadays. With these next generation of techs taking over and doing half ass jobs I was pleased to see this place had a decent blend of seasoned techs and newer ones. I did hear a few complaints coming up to the counter as I waited. The complaints stemmed from customers not giving the whole story to the shop, as long as you aren’t one of those weirdos who are testing the shop’s knowledge out. I think this is one of the last good shops standing. That is if you don’t mind paying a premium. Just set your expectations accordingly. Hope this helps someone out!

The service was absolutely wonderful! My car is having a bit of an issue starting, and mechanics did a great job not only diagnosing it, but they found a few other issues that the typical car dealership service missed. Joe, explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions, even the hypothetical ones. Everyone who works in the office were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Best of all this is a locally owned family company. I will continue to bring my Highlander here.
