I've been taking my family's cars here for almost 30 years. They are amazing and incredibly honest. I have lost count of the times they have made a minor repair for me and didn't bother charging me. They have had several other times where their final bill was less than the estimate. Just amazingly honest. As long as they are open... I'll take my cars there. Call first if you can... but if it an emergency... they'll figure out a way to do whatever they possibly can to get you back on the road. If they have to keep it overnight... it is very rare and you know they had no choice. Go to this place and you'll see what I mean.

As a Snowbird, I was skeptical of finding a mechanic that would not try to take advantage of me. Jack’s Place is phenomenal. They say mechanics, lawyers and doctors are the most important things in your life. This mechanic is phenomenal now I know why he has five stars. Travis, who works here at Jack’s is awesome and definitely does not try to take advantage of you. If anything, he tries to save your money, and his unbelievably honest. You couldn’t ask for more in a mechanic. He is honest and a total gentleman, very nice and transparent. I am a Snowbird and have limited time. He tries to accommodate you and let you know what he can do and in what time frame, just awesome. He diagnosed my vehicle where I know for a fact other mechanic shops could have taken advantage of me because my engine was making a noise, but not Travis. He explained in detail what the noise was and what we can do. I highly highly recommend this place if you want somebody that’s going to be honest, not take advantage of you and try to save your money! I would suggest letting him know how long you can leave your car for upfront this way he can work on ordering you parts and getting things done in your time frame. I also called Travis after hours about a question on purchasing a car. He could have said sorry I am closed but instead he answered the questions I had and saved me a ton of money because I was about to buy a lemon. Highly recommend Travis at Jacks auto.

They deserve all the 5 star reviews! This is an honest and affordable car mechanic, which is very hard to find these days. They take the time to fix a problem the right way without big upsells for unnecessary work. This is the only place I go to now for all my vehicle maintenance and repair work. Highly recommended. The only downside is that there isn't much parking space available.
