I've had two great experiences. They fixed the problems and were very reasonable in the cost. The second time I went there, I didn't even ask how much it will cost. I just said fix it. Was passing through Naples and had problems. Vehicle would crank but then shut off. The horn relay had malfunction in Panama City Beach and I unplugged. So based on Google Maps reviews I had vehicle towed to Bob's Auto Repair. They were busy and numerous jobs waiting. I informed them I would get a rental vehicle and a room and he had a mechanic look at the vehicle. We were out the door in less time then it took to get a wrecker to tow it. Was outstanding service, outstanding charges to troubleshoot. Locals that don't use them definitely should be. A truly blessed day on my end and Southern Hospitality at its finest.

Bob and his crew got me right in, diagnosed my car's problem quickly (missing an oil cap), cleaned up the mess as best it could be, changed the oil, helped with a little wiring issue and got me on my way. We were just visiting the area but knew we had an issue with the car. Google reviews are what lead us to Bob's and I'm glad they did. He did the work quickly and at a reasonable price. Dean and his guys did a great job, and completed the repairs in the time frame I needed the work done. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle without asking for a price upfront. When I picked the vehicle up, Dean's price was exactly on point with what I thought the job would cost, no surprises. Both repairs they made resolved my issues. I like to repair my own vehicles whenever possible but I couldn't find the time to get it done on my own. It is a relief to find a trustworthy repair shop. I will definitely be back for future repairs.
