Fui porque quería hacerle arreglos a mi auto una semana antes pase para que lo chequearan y hacer una cita para que lo repararan, me dieron una cita para una semana después a las 8 de la mañana, ese día deje de ir a trabajar y lleve el carro a la hora acordada, cuando regrese a las 5 de la tarde no le habían hecho nada a mi carro, perdí de ganar dinero un día, dejaron mi carro afuera del taller y repararon todos los carros que llegaban al taller menos el mío, charlatanes, informales, no les recomiendo este taller a nadie, estando ahí llegó un customer a reclamarle por un arreglo porque su carro estaba peor de cómo lo llevó al taller y no le resolvieron, no garantizan su trabajo, no esperas nada bueno de alguien informal

WORST MECHANIC EVER ! DISHONEST WENT IN JULY FOR TUNEUP 4 MONTHS LATER I HAVE TO GO GET MY CAR REPAIRED ELSEWERE COME TO FIND OUT HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO MY VEHICLE DIDNT CHANGE SPARK PLUGS DIDNT DO NO OIL CHANGE STOLE MY OWNERS MANUEL AND WHEN I CALLED BACK NUMEROUS TIMES THEY NEVER PICKED UP PHONE I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL 👎👎👎

I drove from two hours away and part of the bottom of my car started scraping along the road. Not being familiar with the area, I Went to Firestone down the street first. I asked if someone could look at it and possibly screw the piece back in for me, but they did not even bother to try to help. Did not even walk outside to look at the car! So, I drove down the block to find Peña Auto Service and within five minutes, they already had it up on the lift! They showed us the issue & resolved the problem quickly. Eduardo is the best. I cannot speak enough about them. Go to THEM if you want customer service that actually cares!!
