Luis is amazing. I took my newly purchased 1989 Porsche 928 S4 to him for general maintenance (timing belt, water pump, oil change, etc). He did a full once over on the car to report any issues to me. He was in constant communication with me, calling each day with a status report. The work was completed in a timely manner for very reasonable prices. Luis is a very friendly guy and makes you feel at ease about the entire process of maintenance and repair for your car.

this is the place to go to hands down, they did a BBK on my Camaro. They did everything the car needed, there are NO scratches on my wheels literally they did a better job compared to my recent visits with Naples Chevrolet. Absolutely horrible shop. They completely destroyed my bumper and then told me they were going to wipe all the evidence so the boss wouldn’t find out. That tells you everything you need to know about how this place operates. Bunch of dishonest, careless people who clearly don’t respect customers or their vehicles. Do not bring your car here unless you’re okay with it getting ruined and then lied to about it.

ZERO stars!! Broke scratched and dented my teenage sons front bumper , when he called they said his truck was a POS - his truck is stunning and they messed it up , then I called to try and get a resolution and they were rude to me as an adult rude to my child. I told him he worked hard to buy that bumper, and he needs to be in reimbursed.. They said that his POS truck came in like that. I have videos and pictures proof of everything and they still won’t fix their mistakes. The guy Steve said my TRUCK son doesn’t go in reverse but then when we pick the truck up, it was backed into a parking spot so tell me how that makes sense. He said the owner left him in charge and I said well then you should be treating your customers with respect and he said do what you want. I’ve deleted all the evidence..

⚠️ BE AWARE BEFORE GOING HERE – THEY SCRATCHED MY RIM AND TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY ⚠️ I brought my car in for a simple tire installation, and they scratched my rim—but the worst part was the attitude and complete denial afterward. Instead of owning up to the scratch, they bragged about their $40,000 machine and being number one in business and that “can’t possibly scratch anything”. They we're being cocky about how they work on cars much more expensive than mine — even though mine is worth more then their machine.— as if that somehow proved they couldn’t have caused the scratch. Their attitude was extremely disrespectful. I was even told that they weren’t afraid of the $300 it would cost to repair the scratch—and that they didn’t care about my review either. That’s exactly why I’m writing this! Take pictures of your car and rims BEFORE you leave your vehicle there. Because once a scratch happens, they will not take responsibility. Very disappointing experience. Bad customer service, zero accountability, and a rude attitude. I won’t be returning—and I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

They got the install done quickly and the mechanic was very helpful in going over some damage on the old set of tires. The cost was reasonable as well, which is getting more and more rare in Naples.
