My car got hit in a Naples parking lot. The driver of the car that hit me took off without leaving any information. I got three estimates. CARS -MEDICS was the lowest estimate I got. I was a little concerned about the low estimate. I then checked them out with my insurance agent. He told me their prices were very reasonable and the quality of their work is superb. He was right. I picked the car up today and I couldn't be happier. The customer service was also excellent. Thank you CARS-MEDICS!!

Unfortunately, I have had to become a frequent visitor to the Cars Medics location, on Pine Ridge Road in Naples. My teen age son has had four collisions in a 12 month period. Each time that I brought the vehicle in for repairs, I received prompt attention, credible estimates, perfect coordination with the insurance company, quality workmanship and a fair price. The work was performed to my satisfaction and on time. Although I have been a repeat customer (too many times) and I liked my experience working with the company, I just wish my repeat visits would be for something that I like to do.

Better than I had anticipated! Pattie and her team were friendly and reliable to work with. I got a quote quickly and it was accurate. Didn't run into the problem of getting a quote, and then bringing the car in and finding out it will cost much more. Plus, they did quality work! You can't even tell that the car was ever damaged! Definitely recommend not only for quality, but for having the best price when I shopped around!

3 fabulous experiences! I can not say enough great stuff about this place. First, my caddie. Fixed to perfection! Second, my friends older car was damaged by a landscaper and the repair job was excellent. Third, my elderly neighbor needed a new bumper and the work, the service and everything was perfect. Great experience! They finished my car 3 days early. Stayed late so I could pick it up after work. Straightened out my licence plate which was mangled from being rear ended. Washed the car and greeted me with a smile. Quality of work is 2nd to none, pricing is comparable to other repair shops in the area and communication was great. They went the extra mile and I will go back for any future repairs needed. Well done Cars-Medics!

This shop went above and beyond all my expectations for my Lexus RX 450h aka Betty White. Donna in the office is absolutely fantastic. She communicated throughout the whole process with me and was pleasant and professional the whole time. I ended up using the shop after Pine Ridge Coach Works (PRCW) on Jaeger Rd in Naples did a HACK job on my repairs. Gerber succeeded with correcting and replacing faulty new pieces and putting my car back together the way it should have been with Lexus quality throughout. I would highly recommend this particular location on Pine Ridge for anyone who is in need of repairs to their vehicle. God forbid I ever have another incident with any vehicle that I own this will be the first shop that I choose in the future. A big THANK YOU to all the staff and crew at Gerber collision for all their hard work they did.

Beautiful work done on my car. Really amazing. What talent the people in this shop have. Their pricing is extremely reasonable too. I wouldn’t choose a different place to for a dents, scratches, etc. Very nice people as well. Here is a video of my car before and a photo after their work. Amazing!!
