A few days ago, I drove by The Garage Auto & Tire on Pine Ridge Rd. I stopped and went in out of hopelessness just to ask a question, not even waiting for any answers. That is how I met Margaret, who changed the entire world of auto shops for me. I have a rare vehicle (VPG, MV-1) and usually no auto mechanic wants to deal with it. But Margaret listened very attentively, asked a few detailed questions, and said that she would try to help. Margaret went above and beyond to find the part I needed. She went online to look for any close parts because there were no originals for my car, asked Rafael - the technician - to remove the part from my vehicle and made some calls to auto stores. To make the story short, in 2 hours I left the shop with the new part installed. Margaret took care of everything from start to finish with professionalism and care. She was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure that everything went smoothly. Margaret and her team are wonderful, honest, and truly knowledgeable. I appreciated the honest and transparent communication throughout the process. It is not always easy to find a service department you can trust, but Margaret and the team exceeded my expectations. Margaret has now made this location my favorite. She is warm, knowledgeable, compassionate, funny, and has a can-do attitude. I honestly have no words to express my gratitude to Margaret and the team. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have assuredly won my future business. I started going to The Garage on Prospect Ave for an oil change. From my first visit over five years ago, the team was HONEST, professional, attentive, flexible, and quick. I have received an oil change, a tune-up, and a "check engine" light service. The Garage has always helped me and gotten me back on the road safely for both my car and my wallet. I am happy to report that their second location is yet another replica of the original location, however, Margaret has now made this location my favorite. She is warm, knowledgeable, compassionate, funny, and has a can-do attitude with a GREAT attitude. I highly recommend both locations, your vehicle will be in good hands!

We brought in our car to get the AC repaired and paid $1600+ for the work. Now just over three weeks later NO AC again, forcing to bring the car back to again to again be looked at. I was hopeful the job would get done right the first time, but now instead dealing with inconvenience with having no car and a frustrated wife, I'm now not so sure we picked the right place to bring our car, the experience at the garage has been a real bummer!

I can’t say enough good things about this tire shop! They helped me twice with tires that were leaking air, almost flat — once right when they opened and another time right before closing — and both times they took care of it immediately and didn’t even charge me. I was about to head out on a road trip both times, and they literally saved my day (and my trip) within minutes. The entire team is incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely happy to help.
