NEALE WILSON is the heartbeat of Tire Choice. Very rare to find ethical competent management these days. Costco Tire referred me to Dealers Choice for wheel alignment after installing a new set of Michelin tires to replace the recent Goodyear (👎) from Walmart Tire a month ago. 3 (THREE) visits to Dealers Choice and could not get my steering wheel aligned horizontally (3-9 O’clock) when on highway. My friends suggested Tire Choice for alignment. Neale checked it and suggested we replace RH INNER CONTROL ARM. Voila ! My 2008 Rx350 rolls like a baller 😄

The absolute worse experience ever. An absolute nightmare. Overpriced services, less than mediocre customer service. I would give it 0 star but that is not an option. I had been told to not go to this location but I did not listen. I was charged a ridiculous amount for something that didn't fix my car . They do not know what they are doing there, they are guessing at it , overcharging and breaking the car even more. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they should just close the shop or fire everyone that works there and hire qualified employees. Unprofessional, unethical, overpriced and extremely incompetent. DO NOT GO THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

This place sucks came with air leaking out of my tire and they wouldn't patch it. Even though it was on top of the tire, they said it was too close to the sidewall even though it was not. Had to leave this place and go find a patch and do it on my own.

Terrible. Needed a tire repaired 1 inch from the sidewall tread. Made an appointment and was made to wait 2 hours before the manager told me they couldn't repair it and I could buy a new tire from them. When asked why it took 2 hours to relay this information to me, he turned around and walked away. I told them the conventional wisdom to repair a hole more than 1/2" from the sidewall tread and asked again why it took 2 hours to tell me they would not (not could not) repair the tire, he again just turned around and walked away. Took the tire to Collier Tire Center and they repaired it in 20 minutes for less money. STAY AWAY

Had a valve stem go bad on a camper tire, I was able to pull the tire off in the rain and stopped in soaking wet asking if they could replace the valve stem. They replaced it in a matter of minutes and got me on my way. What could have easily been hours of waiting got us right back on the road. Thank you!

Normally I have great visit and all is done correctly. But this time I went and my car computer wasn’t reset so the oil change notification doesn’t pop on my dash. Now I have to go back and get them to resetting this and I don’t have the time at the moment to do so.

I will not be Returning,never been treated so unfairly ,I paid to get a full synthetic oil change with all tires rotated & they said they could not rotate the tires due to the amount of low thread on the tires & they said I needed to buy new tires , when I purchased them 9 months ago & thats the 1st time hearing that , i have had older tires get rotated at shops & they either didn't change my oil at All or has been very unprofessional by not resetting my dash board. It's been 2days driving my vehicle with the dashboard still showing it has low oil. I am Never this way but i needed to let it out & I want nothing but the Best for the owners & employees, for the LORD to BLESS them & the shop, for it to be full of customers so the employees & owners can take care of their Families in JESUS NAME AMEN

Steer clear. They are shady and will add items to your bill to get the price up. Went there 4 times total...never again. Now go to Midas on Pine Ridge. Better prices for same service and honest. Reviews tell the story. Compare the two places for yourself.

Do NOT use this place! I was parked in a spot by their shop today and one of their mechanics backed a car into my car and drove off. Luckily a witness in their car saw the entire thing happen and came into the building I was in to let me know. No common decency to leave a note by this mechanic. When confronting the manager over the shop about it, he was belittling and very rude. Oh also- if you had a grey Honda odyssey there for service on 09/18/25, it was your car that he hit my car with.

Alex T, our salesman was beyond terrific. He tried to help us clean up a mess when Enterprise rented us an unsafe vehicle in Chicago. He did his best to contact corporate to expedite approval to replace 3 bald, unsafe tires. He was very understanding of the time crunch that vacation brings. Replaced the tires as quickly as possible. Truly showed empathy for our situation and being abandoned by Enterprise.
