Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service! Walked in because my car had a check engine light on. Asked if they could help or hook it up to get a code. Refused to help me. Told me it was late on a Saturday night and not much they could do and basically good luck.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that. They take advantage of your hard earned money here! Do NOT go here! They would not value my NATION wide warranty on my battery and used scare tactics to make me think I had to buy one instantly! Shame on you Edward Watkins Jr!!!

Took my car here for general diagnosis after replacing spark plugs and still having a misfire. They tried multiple times to sneak in a "two step fuel cleaning" that was $149 and quoted me 3x the price on the parts ($250 when the EXACT same part and brand was $90 anywhere online). I asked if they would install the same part if I could find it cheaper online, they said no. Eventually took the car, ordered the part, and put it in myself. Beware of insane markup on parts and expensive unnecessary addons.
