We had a great experience at this place! We came in about 40 minutes before closing with a screw in a rear tire that was leaking badly. They took us right in, and had our repair completed within 1/2 hour. The price was right, and the service was outstanding! They saved me from having to do a tire change out on the interstate get.

I went there today to get a simple repair for a nail in a tire, they said it would be no problem to patch and right before they took it into the service bay I told the advisor to tell the technician I only want the tire repaired and to not open my hood and start poking around for an upsell such as flushing injectors, replacing brake fluid, air filters, etc. I told her it just went through a multi-point inspection at the Toyota dealership a few weeks ago but I was told they are required to open the hood and poke around. I promptly retrieved my vehicle, drove a few hundred yards to Fournet's Chevron and had my tire repaired in under ten minutes for only a few dollars. It's obvious Goodyear would have come up with a huge list of expensive non needed services, possibly damaging something in the process as other reviews point out.

If you like Goodyear tires this is a great place to get them. They set appointments and were ready and prompt with the service. I had two new tires on the car within about 30 minutes of arrival. Standard waiting area with TV, coffee, drink machine. Chairs were nothing extravagant but were comfortable enough for the minimal wait I had.

don’t go there . Went there for one thing specifically. They came out with 5 different problems including my battery being weak. I’ve never had no problems at all with starting my car . I left from there , went to my destination and once it was time to leave my destination my car did not want to start. I find that very ODD. battery light not on , no hesitation with starting my car but NOW it don’t start at all ? Crazy

My father and I came here today for a tire my brother had ordered for me on the phone. We arrived here around 12:45 in the afternoon. Service was great, and they even changed my backup camera light in my vehicle along with the tire change. Will be back again for new tires.

Went in to get new tires and an oil change early in the morning. The tires I needed wouldn't be in till later, so my jeep wouldn't be complete till the afternoon, when I went into work. I had no way of getting my keys, until David Martinez, the man, the myth, the legend, steps in and offers to bring them to me at my job. Above and beyond customer service to go out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. No worries on my mind, I WILL return and vouch! Thank you David!!

went to get an estimate on service for my car and was quoted $700 for brakes and rotors. More than double what the competition is charging. This place has gone downhill since March just feels like they've stopped looking out for the best interest of the customer.

Not super impressed. I went in one day this week because I had a slow leak in a tire and figured there was a nail stuck. When I stopped by to get it checked out, they told me that it couldn’t be fixed and that I would need a new tire, because the nail width was too wide around to be repaired. I thanked them and told them I had tire warranty with the dealership and would just bring it there. The dealership told me it 100% could be patched and that they weren’t sure why I was told otherwise. They even showed me the nail, and it was just a normal size, not anything like a roofing nail or anything like that. I hate to think that they could be taking advantage of anyone here. Definitely doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion if they tell anyone else the same thing!

Went in for a simple tire patch, sat there for two hours to receive a list of things I already knew were wrong with my car. Plus they forgot to put my air filter back in or even secure the box that holds it. Had to go back which took even more time out of my work day. Nice people, but incredibly inefficient, non-communicative, and unhelpful. Was expecting to be a regular as I live nearby, but I’ll gladly drive across town to avoid service like that.

Came here just to see if my tire could get patched but turns out, it couldn’t. Not only did Jackie (the store manager) help me with options but Ms. Riva (the customer advisor) made me feel secure in knowing that I am safe here. They both told me about the best way to save for me. I did need more work done than anticipated but it was for the best. You want your car to make it places safely and now I feel great!!!

Today’s service was bad. I’ve never been disappointed with Goodyear before. Today was a different crew: All I needed was a flat fixed and tires rotated. They had one car in the bay when I got there. The service truck was broken so I waited for a tech to return from lunch and drive me to work in my truck. I got a ride back there 2 hours later and then waited almost an hour for them to finish. The “manager “ never came to give me an update. When she finally came to the front she said nothing. I asked if there was a problem she only said “no “. No explanation, no apology, all attitude. Silently finished my ticket and handed the receipt. No thank you, have a good day, let us know if there’s anything else… nothing. I went outside and the technician drove up and handed the key fob to me with grease covered hands. No seat cover no floor cover no thank you… again. I ve been to this location many times and referred people there . Not anymore. I’ve always been partial to Goodyear tires but you know what. I think Firestone has a pretty good product. The service cannot be any worse.
