Amazing service! Cody was so helpful and their crew is very efficient and accommodating. We got a flat tire while traveling across the country and the team at the Topeka Good Year was able to get us back on the road quickly, even on a Sunday!

Jim the manager was extremely helpful with the decision on which tire would be best for my college son’s car. He also let me know of all the promotions that were available. We made the appointment for the next day & within a couple minutes he called me back & said they could actually fit me in before they closed on the same day!!!! His team worked together to get me in & out very quickly!! Thanks Team Jim!!!

This shop is great. My wife's alternator went out Saturday night as she was driving from Wisconsin to Arizona with 2 of our kids in the car. She was towed here. They had it tested, a replacement in and she was back in the road by noon Sunday, SUNDAY! You guys are the best. Absolute saviors. THANK YOU

Service here was fantastic. We brought in our car when a nail popped a tire and they were one of the few places open on a Sunday to help us out. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and nice (especially Cody who helped us through the entire ordeal). They serviced the car and got us back on the road very quickly. Can't recommend them enough.

Amazing, fast, quality service. I got in and out on a Sunday afternoon even with it being an extensive repair. Joe did a great job and my car runs smooth and straight as an arrow again. I know he had to stay past 5 to finish and I appreciate the hard work to get the job done right. After taking my car to the dealer for recall repairs I’ve had two inspections and both came back “perfect”, with the issues that led me to this visit I know that could not have been the case. I am thankful for the honest and quick service from knowledgeable mechanics to correct an issue that was missed by others and became a big problem real fast.

Poor customer service upon arrival by 2 older men that know all to well what 'common courtesy' is. 10+ min AFTER they looked up to see me walk in & proceed to the counter I thought surely 1 would acknowledge me w/no one else in line or on phone, but NOT SO MUCH AS A GREETING/SMILE! They even looked past me to see a customer come back in from smoking, but said nothing. It felt awkward not to be so much as acknowledged upon entering. It was rude & appeared neither one cared whatsoever about the business, it's customers, or their job/role! After taking a couple calls & about 5 more minutes, I was very appropriately helped & waited for my vehicle to be completed. I would recommend this GY for tires/ basic service! They are overall trustworthy, but be specific about needs/service, & ensure it's completed prior to leaving.

I really wish I could give this store better reviews, but I just can't. Issue 1) About 6 mos ago I scheduled an appt for an oil change. THREE HOURS later, my car was still not ready. I was livid and they eventually gave me a small discount. Issue 2) My husband went in for an oil change and tire check. he was told there was something broken in our back driver axle that was causing the bulging on our tire. After taking it to a mechanic, we found out that was completely false information and there was NOTHING wrong with the car, just a bad tire. Issue 3) Because that tire was bad (we purchased those tires less than two years ago and just over half the mileage warranty has been used - not their fault), we went back one last time. We were quoted three prices for various new tires - all the quotes were more than I had paid for the tires in the first place (what kind of warranty is that?) AND I was being told I had to pay for the installation etc even though it was not my fault I was having to have tires installed AGAIN. They agreed to split the install fee with me so I took off work for the appt. After an hour and a half standing at the counter trying to figure out the warranty, I was told the tires I wanted weren't in stock anymore and the next option was more than $180 more than I was originally quoted. If I wanted to "just come back tomorrow" they could get me "fixed up" with my more expensive tires that I shouldn't have been replacing in the first place. At this point I was DONE - the air conditioning hadn't been working in there for over a month, it was smoking hot, we'd been through multiple scenarios that never resulted in available tires, the service manager was kind, but I left and took my business elsewhere. The other company got me in the next day - the appointment time was more convenient, they had my tires in stock, their service was significantly faster than I was quoted by the Goodyear store (1.5hrs vs 3hrs), and I didn't spend a dime more. I won't be back and neither will my family members.

Great service. I did not have an appointment for an oil change, but they got me right in. They offered many services but didn't force the issue. It was nice to just be informed about the needed service issues. The customer in front of me had an issue and was being loud. The counter person took care of the issue professionally. The customer even returned and thanked him for providing some options that turned out to solve the issue. Overall, it was a good first visit.

Fantastic service. Manager came to check my friends car at the SV out patient service. Bent over backwards to help my friend out. Gave us a ride to her house and is going to pick her up and take her back to Topeka to pick up her car.

Big O tightened a tire valve a bit too much, which caused a false air pressure reading. After 3 days suffering with the tire pressure indicator on, Andrew Tomb solved the problem easily (with a dog barking). Andrew further ran diagnostics, reset the annoying indicator, and drove my car to make sure it was off. Verified tire pressure. I really appreciated his help and not trying to take advantage of a woman telling me it was the TPMS that needed replacing. I was not charged. Thank you very much, Andrew. (They also do not charge for air.) Second trip in today. They did an inspection and rotated tires. The inspection was not overblown in any way as the Acura Dealership attempts (at least with me). The individual did not tell me anything I did not already know.

I was in there on 12/27/2024 I thought I could trust this place because I have used Kansas land for many years and other areas. However, when I explained my issue to the service tech stating that I had a noise on the back of my car on the passenger side rear, he sounded like he didn’t really want to hear what I wanted to say. When I looked over my paperwork more, it showed that they did a full diagnosis on my vehicle. I did not authorize them to do anything other than checking the noise on the back passenger rear however they chose to go and check everything else out sitting there saying I need a tie rod ends Telling me that my front struts are weak and then doing unauthorized diagnosis on my check engine light The thing is, I never gave them permission to do any of that other than just checking for the noise on the rear But yet they charged me $100 for a diagnostic fee. What a rip off. Then they came up and explained everything, and I asked the individual which was the service clerk at that time If they had checked the noise in the back, he goes. Wait a minute I have to go back and check. Really amazing how I asked them to do one thing and one thing only but they turned around and did quite the opposite I wanted to say something, but I held my breath be aware of these shady mechanics on how they treat their people and how they rip people off so like always I turned around and paid the hundred dollars anyways and still, of course had the issue so I finally took it up upon myself to go buy a jack and jacked up the car and only to come to find out that there was a loose bolt on the rear shock and failure on the shock itself had the mechanic of actually took time and push pushed up and down on the back tire he would have noticed this so honestly, it makes me really believe if he even looked at the back end of my car or my vehicle for my issue that I stated what is really funny my son who is not a mechanic helped me out with this issue yes, I work on my own vehicle vehicles and if you think you’re gonna pull a fast one on me think again twice I replaced the rear shock tightened everything and the sound went away really amazing The bottom line is what I should do is ask for a refund or at least half of my diagnostic back after all, I feel like I was not treated fairly oh yes, I will be making contact with the manager and we can go one or the other way and I’m hoping I do not have to go and report them to the Better Business Bureau so everyone needs to be aware when they take their vehicles to a shop you should be able to trust them to the fullest extent but obviously, this is not the case, after speaking to several people around the community And other mechanics, they stated the same thing That how can you miss something like this? A true mechanic would not have missed any of this on the back? Maybe this technician needs to take a little bit more time to actually look for the problem instead of saying there isn’t a problem with there was problem The honest truth is I am very upset and not only that I am very disappointed, and I have lost all faith against all mechanics, it is hard to trust and they wonder why many of us do our own work on our own. I am not buying that I need all this done And I can tell you right now I already went to a trusted mechanic and they told me there was nothing else wrong so stop with this up selling stop ripping people off and are you crazy? You were going to charge me $1800 or close to 1600 dollars if you would’ve done these repairs that is crazy $180 an hour for your mechanic that did absolutely nothing I would really appreciate this mechanic or technician apologizing for his actions or the manager making it right with me by either giving a full refund or half of my money back for this it is really bad when I knew right there that I was being messed with with dishonesty so honestly, I will not ever be using Kansas land anywhere else except for my hometown moving forward at least in my hometown the mechanics here are fully trustworthy and they don’t sit there and rip u off

This store totally helped us out during our family vacation this summer. We had to get our truck towed to them missing a wheel and with a destroyed rotor. The technician, Tully, and the rest of the team there were able to get us back on the road in just a couple of days (keep in mind we were towed there at closing time on a Saturday). We were able to safely finish the rest of our trip thanks to their work. Highly recommend this store.

Showed up at 10:53 AM for my 11 o’clock appointment — right on time. Left at 2:53 PM. That’s four hours to install four tires. A tire an hour… pretty impressive, right? I’m not sure if this was a tire appointment or a patience endurance test. If efficiency is what you’re going for, maybe consider borrowing a few tips from Harold’s Tires — they could probably knock out a full set before your crew finishes a single lug nut. Appointments clearly don’t mean much here. If you’ve got an afternoon to kill and nowhere to be, this place is perfect. Otherwise, good luck.

Was told there would be to be "diagnostics", but not made clear it would be $100. Terrible communication. Would not recommend. I've been coming here for years and bought multiple sets of tires here, but I will never come back. Update: I called the number provided, and had to wait 10 minutes to speak to someone. They said they would refund the fee without taxes. I asked for the whole amount to be refunded, and they said they would have a supervisor call me back.

Dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and balancing. My tires are a year and a half old, and so is my battery, which was changed the same day. My car has had *no* issues starting, and I should be able to expect my car to start after dropping it off for an oil change. I drove an hour into town, dropped it off, and then went with a relative to see an ill family member out of state. There was confusion on drop-off, because they didn't have my name on the schedule despite my dad giving them the info. I said the make and model, OH okay we do have it on here. Great, easy fix. A few hours into the trip, we get a call from Goodyear telling me I need to replace all my tires (even though I just got them replaced closer to my home a year and a half ago) and all my brakes (the car is 10 years old, this I kind of figured, but not do-able just yet). I decline the additional $2,400 of work quoted and request to proceed with the services I dropped it off for. The tech says okay, no weird vibe or hostility. On the way back into town the next day, I call an hour before we get there and ask if it's ready. They say yep, it's been ready, you can get it whenever. I get there to pick it up, give my name since they took it yesterday. "We don't have that name." okay, make and model, and once again they locate it. Only once I'm taking my card out to pay is it mentioned that my car isn't starting. I ask for an explanation, because it was fine yesterday and has BEEN fine for a year and a half, I dropped it off for basic maintenance. "I don't know what to tell you. They had to jump it to get it in, and jump it to get it back out." I ask why this wasn't mentioned on either of the calls in the past 24 hours, especially on the call where all other work was quoted. The manager repeated the same information. I say I'm gonna pay for my services and just try to start my car, because they are *not* being helpful and this is ridiculous. Sure enough, car doesn't start. What was the game plan? Here pay is $150 - $2,400, take your keys, and walk home?? Tech comes out and says he's the one who did my oil change, and helps charge my battery so I can at least get out of their parking lot. Still an hour from home, since I don't live in town. He tells me: Your car started just fine after I did your oil change, I don't know why they're not telling you. This was all very strange and frustrating. So after dropping $150 and being left in the dark, I had to ALSO drive over and get a battery installed elsewhere. $300 for what should have been *AN OIL CHANGE*, it's not like I brought it in because there was a problem! Called it in to corporate who asked for receipts, including for the new battery. Come to find on the invoice, they put a guy who has the same name as my dad but it's not even the right person or account. It's not my dad's address or phone number at all, and the check refunding for my services is likely going to some random dude because the service manager can't even schedule it under the right person despite me and my dad providing our information MULTIPLE times. An oil change shouldn't turn into this for anybody. Ridiculous.

If I could do no stars I would but never the less, I was treated like I had no clue about tires. Bought all new tires in April for my vehicle and had major OCD about checking them daily since I was raised by a school bus driver/ truck driver and a fireman engineer driver which taught me pre-trip safety. For them to say that I rode on it on low air for to long, tearing up the inside of the tire so the warranty wasn't honored. Well when I got the flat I was only 2 blocks from my house when I called AAA for assistance. So how can I drop my walk around not seeing to drive only 2 blocks to getting a nail from in front of my neighbors which is very clear in all the pictures. Anyways sorry for the long details, just put it this way I got proof and documents that they where roughly treating my rim and now has really deep marks all around it, and no my rim never hit the ground still had a little air. To saying that it was one thing when clearly it was caused by a 3 inch nail without no damage inside the tire like they claimed. Timelines showing me going over 6 times to that same shop I bought the tires to have them themselves check the air for me cause I'm disabled and need help sitting them. I can feel the slightest difference to the point my passengers get annoyed because of my paranoia of my tires. It was my back passenger tire on a front wheel drive car that hasn't even gone out of town yet. HQ, corporate, who ever I will be getting ahold of soon with documents in hand.

Today I received EXCELLENT service! Brian was able to get extend the Black Friday deal to a new set of Solaris tires!! Plus, he had a set of the previous model tire and I got them for about $59 each!! They did an alignment check and everything is good to go. Brian and Julian’s team were able to get our car in today even though my appointment was for tomorrow as we had a snowstorm and the tires were in desperate need of replacement I am VERY happy with this service today…
