Bought a cabin filter. Did not know how to install. Ask for help and told to use instructions. Poor instructions, broke cabin housing. Now have to buy a new cabin housing. So much for savings at Advance Auto Parts.

There was a rude employee by the name of Josh he was very rude didn't want to do his job properly try to push the customer out as fast as possible when the customer was trying to get an alternative to what he brought back very unsatisfied with this employee unfortunately it's the Advanced Auto Parts off of 29th Street in Southwest Topeka

We went in here with a long list of repairs given to us when getting some work done on a car. Walking in I was very nervous and confused, until I met Shawn. Shawn was very understanding and courteous when I handed him our 4 page long list and walked me through all the questions that I had. He gave me price estimates and even told us what he would repair first if it were him. He showed us sales on parts we needed and even showed us stuff on the products we weren't buying today. At the end, I walked out much more confident with Shawn's notations on our paper. This is definitely a great place to go if you have questions, if you have a new car needing work, or if you have never touched a car at all. Thank you so much for making our experience great, Shawn!!

Had to have my windshield wipers replaced before leaving town, and the gentleman who helped me was very helpful and friendly. He replaced the wipers for me in the driving snow and cold wind and even lubricated the wiper spring to make sure that the entire wiper made good contact before sending me down the road. Great service!

This is the closest Auto Parts store to me so I tend to just go there when I can when I need a quick part. Staff is always as friendly as they can be. Never seen anyone treated badly or a customer get mad at an outcome answer after asking something technical. I mean it is a parts store, so you get what you put into it and you'll get something out of it. Just remember these guys aren't mechanics so if you ask something too technical you probably aren't going to get the answer you wanted (take that to a mechanic). Store is always clean when I go.

Stopped in at this auto parts store the other day, and I was real pleased with how they treated me. I wasn’t sure what part I needed, but the guy at the counter took his time to look it up and made sure I got the right fit. Place was clean, organized, and they had just about everything in stock. Prices were good too, not like some of them big chains that overcharge. Good folks, helpful service, and I’ll be comin back here for my next project
