Good service and I felt the quality was there. Left me waiting after service was finished like a lot of big time and busy places will do. I had hoped to add brake service to my all in one but that request was ignored. I'm sure it had to do with scheduling time for that service.

I’m through. After about 10 years of taking 5 vehicles to this shop, I’m through. I have taken my car to them 5 times now, for the same issue. 5 diagnoses, 5 repairs, and 5 invoices paid. The issue is not corrected and the service writer told me that I have to take the car because “I can’t have the area tied up for a week” to check further. I picked my car up and took it straight to my (apparent) new mechanic

I have had my engine replaced twice from them. Had to have my transmission replaced after a wreck after receiving my car back. I have also had to have my wiring harness replaced, all within the past five years. Now I need new fuel injectors after they "did work on" my fuel system less than 2 years ago. Now they want me to pay again, to get things fixed that they should have fixed before. I am beyond furious and will never by another Ford again, nor buy a car from them after all of these issues, just within 5 years

Cedric Bryant was amazing. No pressure to buy just genuinely wanted to help us get in the right car for my daughter. I will definitely be going back to him and the Lair Noller dealership.

I scheduled an appointment to have the powertrain control module looked at back in July because we kept getting a "transmission overheating, pull over to safe location to allow to cool" message. This happened about a year ago and it was recalled so they performed all the work for a faulty PCM. I also got an extension of the recall/warranty. When I brought it in back in July for the same problem, they told me it was my battery causing the overheating and charged me $108 for a transmission check. So I tested the battery, battery is showing 100%. So I checked all my fuses, no problems. I hooked my code reader up and get a P06B8 code telling me its the powertrain control module. I took it back a month later to have them actually test the PCM. They called me back that day saying it was the problem and it was covered by the recall warranty. I asked for a refund on the previous $108 I paid the first time they "didn't find anything". They offered an oil change. I had just done an oil change and they refused to give me my money back. Who pays $108 for an oil change??? I refuse to go to laird noller for any services or buying a car again due to the negligence and the fact I had to do all their work for them to find the problem. I had always had good experiences there in the past but this time around was it for me.

I scheduled an appointment for some diagnostics on electrical problems my car was having. Dropped the car off half an hour early, and was assured I would have it back by the end of the day, and would get updates on the process as it went along. I received no updates all day long, and finally tried to call to see what was going on, only to find out they'd closed for the day and my car was locked in the shop. The next morning I began trying to get my vehicle back, and it took them over an hour to finally get it to me. During this process I had two different people hang up on me before the individual who had assured me I would have my car back the previous day finally called me back. That day I found out that not only had they not followed through on communication, but had actually given my car back to me in worse shape than I dropped it off. Somehow while they were tinkering with it they managed to disconnect my air conditioner in the middle of summer. Avoid this place like the plague unless you're made of money, or willing to take your chances with them either ripping you off, or trying to drum up more work by breaking your vehicle.

I called a week ago to schedule work on a recall notice. The operator had me hold while he confirmed that they had the parts. He then scheduled me to come to the 21st and Topeka Blvd location. When I finally got up in line, they refused me saying my truck was too tall and I had to go to the truck center. Mind you, I bought this truck from them, so I figured that they’d know what it was and where it should go. So I went to 21st and Kansas Ave truck center location where they said yes I was scheduled at the other facility, but they did not have the parts. They called the first facility who did not have the parts either: turns out the parts were not on order from either facility. The lack of professionalism and approximate 1 hour runaround was unexpected and not appreciated.

Had a great experience at Laird noller, Cedric Bryant is great. He is understanding, not pushy, and very patient as we looked at multiple vehicles with our children. He found us exactly what we needed and got it done in one day. This has been the best experience we’ve ever had buying a vehicle. When we need another car I’m calling Cedric!! Thankyou!!!

My experience with the service department was unique, as a dealer from another state covered the cost of my initial service for the repair of the 360° cameras. The process began with some miscommunication and confusion, as well as some incomplete work. However, once Bryan Floyd started working with me, the experience became seamless and efficient. I do not wish to undermine the efforts of the service representatives, as I understand the communication efforts with the numerous customers they assist daily. Ultimately, everything was resolved satisfactorily, and I was highly appreciative of the accommodations provided by Bryan Floyd. Throughout the process, I interacted with professional and respectful employees from the service department, which contributed to a positive outcome.

After numerous apps with service dept, I continue to find communication to be a big problem, my tech William Reed was very apologetic about said problem, continue to apologize but didn't change anything, I found my way to the customer care coordinator, Evelyn Akins, she listened to my problem and understood exactly what I was saying. Both Evelyn and William were excellent at their jobs, I commend them both for continuing to work under these circumstances. May God Bless

I just purchased my 2nd car from Evelyn Aikens. This woman is the best. She took her time and got me the car I wanted. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and her customer service is beyond great! She was training a gentleman named Darren. ( he works just like Evelyn so I know he will be a great salesman) Evelyn and Darrin brought me the car at work. Clean and full ta k of gas. She even been following up and checking how I like it. So HUGE THANKS to Evelyn and Darren

Took my vehicle in last week for an oil change and a car detail. When the tech rang me up, he told me they didn’t put the car detail on my bill and he wasn’t going to add it on. Thought that was kind of odd, but rolled with it as I’ve used their service center many times in the past and this was a newer service, thought they were possibly just trying to get the word out. Come to find out it was actually most likely to them breaking the phone mount I have in my car. This was never disclosed to me, instead they slapped a couple layers of black tape on it and decided that was a fine solution. I think my biggest issue is that they weren’t upfront with the mount being broken. This mount wasn’t much more than $30 and I understand mistakes happen, but the effort they went through to cover this mistake caused me to lose faith in the honesty of their service department and dealership as a whole. My wife is due for a new car soon and we will for sure be avoiding Laird Noller dealerships when we begin our search.
