Took my 05 Silverado in to have the blend door actuators replaced. Went in on a Saturday the 9th and spent 2.5 hrs. waiting for them to diagnose my AC. Since it was blowing hot air on both sides everything pointed to the actuators. Well on Saturday all they did was check Freon level and a leak test, they found a minor leak, added .5lb of Freon, and told me that the AC should still have worked. Added that the belt to the AC needed to be replaced and they would need me to bring the vehicle back so the person that had supposedly replaced the actuators on other Silverado's wouldn't be in till Monday and they were booked up for Monday. So we agreed to bring it in on Monday to drop it off so they would have it FIRST thing Tues to get started on it should only take 6hrs to replace passenger side actuator They called with the price to change actuators, fix leak and change the belts for 2300. <rounded up>. I asked how long it would take. I was told should be done late Thursday or as late as Friday. Now I investigated the length of time that it should take to change both actuators, replace the belts and evacuate the AC and recharge. Passenger side actuator - 6hrs, Drivers side actuator - .5hrs, replace belts - 1.5 to 2hrs. Now if my math is correct that is 10hrs total. Which should have taken an Experienced Mechanic. Well now we are going on the 6th day that they have worked on it supposedly. Gave me a story about they had to remove the seats, most of the dash, which is a few screws and console so it was taking longer than it should due to the extra work. Sounds like whoever is doing the work must be only working on it a couple hrs. a day or doesn't know what they're doing. It is now Saturday the 16th and still not done. THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!! for anything. Be aware very Aware

Don't bother calling, they'll just ask you to hold then it will ring back a few minutes later and they'll repeat the same please hold, rinse and repeat. If that's the customer service you get when they're still trying to get you to shop there, imagine how bad it will be when they already have your money.

Brandon and Russell went above and beyond to help me get my alignment done. I changed a rack and pinion and they helped get me aligned so I could get home on a long road trip. Took car in to have a small repair done on the outside of the car. It took ten minutes once they got to it. Before l dropped the car off l made sure it was clean inside and out and took some valuables out of the trunk ... The next day l went out to put my valuables back in the trunk ( like a first aid kit and tools). l opened the trunk and apparently the mechanic had ransacked it and the mat had been ripped out from under the items in there. . They went through the spare tire area and removed the jack and didn't put it back. They took cleaning supplies out of a bucket and tossed them around .... I went through the car to see what was missing , made a video and I'm filing a police report. I don't know these people.... They had no reason to be under the hood or in the trunk. The work to be done was on the outside of the car. They knew l would see what they did when l opened the trunk so it was a taunt . The fact that they tried to hurt ...or frighten ..a customer ...because they are a girl..,is worth some kind of compensation. This is not the first time Firestone staff has acted out and there are other women who have received the same kind of treatment.

I personally feel they strive to do the best they can and took pride in the service they provided. They met challenges they were faced with my vehicle repair head-on and with a positive respectful attitude when things didn't go quite as planned they showed personal accountability, honesty and transparency. For me that goes a long way. Customer service was excellent and the facility was clean. I will return in the future and recommend giving these guys a chance.

They are always polite and courteous when I come in. Tge battery replacement was a last minute thing - I had made an appointment for Friday, but when I got in my car on Wednesday, it wouldn't start. I knew it was not the starter, since I just had it replaced on Monday! I called them and they moved my appointment up to 1:00 pm on Wednesday and I was out of there in an hour. I love these guys!
