They had the part I needed in stock....although it was 20% higher than their competitors who were out of stock. Hated the fact that I was pressured into giving them my name, phone, number, etc.. just to buy a $45 part. They claimed it was for warranty.

They have a good selection of tools and fluids for your car maintenance. They will also let you borrow a screwdriver or wrench. And that's the extent of what they will let you borrow while you're in the parking lot. They're very particular with what they want to loan you tool wise. However based on my recent visit I told them I needed help with my vehicle that required a special tool and they told me that I would have to rent an entire tool kit for $199.99 & I said no. They didn't even try to help me. They where very rude. It Wasn't always like that, years ago they would actually come outside to your vehicle and help you with whatever you needed,That included tools. now they don't do that anymore!

Extremely helpful and friendly sales associates. Very knowledgeable. The issue i have with Advance is that their parts are consistantly of lower quality than the brand X across the street. Both in initial fit and with durability.

The prices are about 12% more than the O'Reilly across the street for identical products, but the staff is blandly professional, the store is clean and well stocked and there is seldom a wait. Probably because everyone goes to O'Reilly's across the street to save 12%

I have been going to this location for years. They are always so helpful and friendly. My most recent visit was for a battery check. It checked out bad. They quickly fixed me up with a new one and installed it. Such great service.

The store is real hit and miss with volume of customers. The more regular customers are often helped out of turn, but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Even new hires know their limits and don't hesitate to get help.

At the time of my visit, there was an outage of the website, as well as the credit card processing. The team there worked with me to not only get the right part, but also to find a coupon to bring the total down a few dollars to the amount of cash I had on hand since they couldn't run my card. Great job, this is why I also shop at Advance versus similar chains.

Called to ask about brake lights for me to replace for my car. The helpful employee, on the other end Jamie gave me all the info I needed and even provided me with the extra detail like the factory # of my bulbs should I need to buy them myself. Jami was awesome!! My husband and I stopped in to replace our windshield wipers. Jami immediately greeted us and offered her help which we were happy to accept. She was so helpful in guilding us to pick the best ones for our needs, which she even found out there was a savings coupon for!
