These guys are wonderful! My car broke down in the middle of the with day I had it towed there and the next day she was fixed! When I picked my car up I got a list of 'needing this' as you do with any auto shop, but here they told me what to do in which order, AND when I mentioned a problem they didn't know about(my ac being on caused leaking in my passenger floor) I was told "before you pay to do anything get online and check to see if this is plugged you can fix it yourself." What mechanic does that?! I'll tell you, one that cares about their customers and genuinely wants to help! I'm never going anywhere else!

I contacted Tyler with Padron Automotive only 2 days before I was going to make a 4.5hr drive down to Jay, OK to completely rebuild the front end of my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500. He was able to get the truck in the same day I contacted him and rebuild the front end with heavy duty parts that all hold a 3yr or 36,000 mile warranty and align it before I took off to Oklahoma! The truck drove and handled GREAT there and back and still does! I highly recommend getting with Padron Automotive if you’re wanting top tier parts and knowing your vehicle is with highly experienced/qualified mechanics!

My first contact with them was pleasant; they were eager to help. I read reviews so chose to bring my vehicle to this shop thinking they have your best interest at heart. I feel it should be stated up front what they are charging to look at your vehicle - $80 for a diagnostic is not far off from $50-75 quotes I got elsewhere, however most places then subtract that from repairs, and also supply a full inspection report following. Also, most places only charge that if they are spending an hour or more trying to find the issue. I was impressed that they offered to uber me home while my vehicle was being inspected however feel they could have been more upfront on how long that inspection takes - I ended up not returning to work as I was told my vehicle was being pulled back but did not get a call until about 3 hours later. I feel that the area in question was not the main focus, rather looking for sales opportunities - I pointed out the issue myself, so find it a little frustrating that the inspection conversation turned into suggesting brake and tire work, which may be a company normal upsell procedure but I feel I was some what ripped off as the issue in question was apparent and should have been confirmed at a quick glance. I was advised the part was 30 days back ordered and this was a $1300 repair, roughly $700 being the part, but OEM warrantied for 3 years. I asked if replacing was the only option and was told yes that it could not be repaired. The next morning they called and I was offered an alternative, for them to try and weld/ fix the broken part, but with no workmanship guarantee and for $800…. More than half the cost. This could mean me paying labor on the part twice. And contradicts the same person telling me the day before this part was not made to be repaired and that my vehicle could be damaged further if I continued to drive it. I then told him I’d be looking into other options and would get my car as soon as possible. They called yesterday to let me know “the vehicle can no longer be here” at which time I returned their call today and let them know that they lost my business with said approach. More appropriate would have been checking in with me and giving me a timeframe in which to coordinate getting my vehicle, or offering help. If you have money to blow this is the place for you. I have a friend who’s young daughter almost fell victim to these tactics - they told her the engine needed replaced and she found out after a second opinion it was just a thermostat. I recommend doing your research when working with this business.

A rat had its way with two parts that had to be replaced. What was great. The service man took my W oil. Fish oil and sprayed the under side of my truck. Something this old lady can't do anymore. Rats don't like fish so it helps.

A++ Great experience! My Mini Cooper puked all of its coolant in my driveway. Robert and his guys were able to find the cause and quick solution that way more affordable versus my dealership! One of the best in town if not THE best. Wasn't sure what to do since my mechanic retired and St. Francis tore down his building but Padron has saved me. Very friendly staff, keeps you updated, and more importantly: they make you feel like you have options. When you don't know much about cars and just need it fixed this is a LIFE SAVER and goes a long way toward peace of mind. Robert is a good man and he treats his employees well. I would encourage everyone with car issues to visit Padron Auto. I have not heard a negative thing about them and I know two other people that regularly use their services when required, zero complaints. If you are a lady, you will be treated well here and with respect. My partner is very sensitive to that and she was so impressed and grateful for their professionalism. Padron is incredible. I was in town for other reasons and decided to call a few shops to see if anyone had time to look at an issue my car was having, they got me in, had it diagnosed and changed the oil in under 2 hours. The service advisor Robert is super freindly and they really seem to care about my needs and getting my car fixed well and affordably. I will definantly be taking my cars there in the future. Great people, Great prices, and great work. The best experience with a mechanic ive had.
