I usually do not leave reviews but felt I should for a couple of places & this is one of them. I recently had a deer hit my car & had to go through buying a car when I had not planned on it (life). I bought a used car & had something signal possible trouble a few weeks later. It was something that could be real trouble. I live in another town & light went off before I left town. They worked me in to run the diagnostics to let me know if I could drive it. I was told it would be best not to. I had doctor's appointments out of town the next day I needed to keep & no one to borrow car from. Chad said they did not have loaners but asked me to let him make some calls. He got hold of their Noller I bought the car from & worked together to get me a loaner while they fixed car. I made my appointment with no problems & it turned out not to be to serious a problem. I had my vehicle later that day. I let oil change come up on me when I needed the car for wrestling meet. I called about 12 & they said they could do it at 1:30 on the same day. They had me finished & out in plenty of time to be at wrestling meet. I know that kind of scheduling cannot always happen. They have been forward with costs & possibilities of what we might be looking at. My visits so far have been excellent. Chad has worked with me & been extremely helpful. Everyone has been helpful & very customer service oriented.

I live on the SouthEast side of Topeka, but I gladly drive all the way to the West side for one reason and one reason only. It's because of the fantastic service person by the name of Kelli. She is the most honest and friendly person I have ever worked with at any service shop. She will absolutely bend over backwards to make sure your experience is top notch. Brought my truck in for an alignment. After it was completed and I was paying I said did you make sure all the front end parts were tight they said of course we always check. Got new tires a week later at a different shop and they showed me that my driver side upper ball joint was completely shot. The truck should have never been aligned and they never should have taken my money.crooks!

My boyfriend and I were passing through when we had an issue with our drive shaft. We had our car and camper towed to Noller West where they tried every option possible to get us back on the road. They were so kind and thorough, they explored a few options with us, gave us reasonable time lines, and stayed in good communication. We chose them because AAA recommended them and I’m glad we did. They had told us it would be a few days to locate the part but after we left they kept working and were able to get us back on the road days sooner than we all expected. We appreciate their hard work and good communication. I’d recommend this shop to anyone near Topeka. Jose and the team there were fantastic and we greatly appreciate them.
