★☆☆☆☆ We took our Honda pilot in to run some diagnostics on an electrical/modular issue we’d been having. We dropped it off in the morning and upon pickup, they had told us they couldn’t find what was causing the issue, but we were being charged $200 for fixing our alignment. We would have been okay with the charge had they called and asked if we would like it fixed. We took our car in specifically to get the electrical issue fixed and nothing else. While we appreciate them finding the alignment problem, it was unrelated to our chief complaint and they lacked the courtesy to call and ask if we’d like it fixed before charging us $200 for a service we didn’t need or want.

Took our car in for oil issues and they replaced the part they thought was the issue but we were still having issues so they took it back in and went to work on trying to find the problem. Paul went above and beyond with my warranty company trying to get the repair covered. The customer service was not only the best I've ever had at any mechanic, it was one of the best in general! Will definitely be going there for any future repairs I need!
