Moving from Colorado to Florida, my ac condensate drain line was plugged. Easy enough to fix, just needed to get it on a lift. Although Doug had a full schedule the next morning; he made sure to see me as soon as he opened; and we were back on the road in no time. You can tell Doug really cares about the safety and comfort of his customers. Thank you Doug for going out of your way for us! It’s good to know there’s businesses that still put their customers first. 10/10 would recommend every time!

Good dog. Explained everything that needed to be done and what could wait. Came highly recommended. Shop is a bit cluttered and parking is tricky, but service is great. Went back for an oil change. Very efficient. Price is comparable to valvoline. My go to car place.

My car broke down on my way to Colorado from Kansas. I called Doug’s and they got me in immediately, fixed my issue, and got me back on the road within 2 hours. Price was more than fair and service was wonderful. I work as a technician in Colorado, and the work that I saw them do was professional and thorough. Also the shop dog Gus is a sweetheart, and kept my girlfriend good company while I was in the shop with Doug and his employees.

I made an appointment with Doug to hwve a voltage refulator put into my car. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and well priced. Also had a sudden overheat on my old Plymouth Fury (same car). Brought it to Doug's (as he has worked on my car before). He quickly diagnosed it even though he was busy with other scheduled repairs. He was able to locate and get a V belt very quickly and to replace it to get me back on the road again. I knew and understood that he was busy but he knew that I was in a bind, and he went out of his way to help me out. I won't forget that. Have always loved the work he does. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and very fairly priced! Very happy always!

I was driving down I70 and my tire light came on and continued to flash. When I checked the reading the passenger rear tire was not registering. It felt like I had a flat tire. Doug’s was the first place I saw and I pulled in. It looked like they had lots of vehicles to work on but as soon as I got out of my car, someone came over and inquired about my problem. My tires were checked and it was determined that I needed a new tire sensor. I was assured that they had the part and it wouldn’t take long. They have the most wonderful woman in the office. She immediately filled out the forms and Kyle was hard at work. I was in and out on the road in no time. Everyone at Doug’s were so nice and professional. I would absolutely recommend them for any and all problems you’re having. I know I will definitely use their services again.

They all were so thoughtful and nice. I felt like family in the 2 days I got to know them. I live in kck but I come up to Topeka to see my grandkids as much as I can. I've been broke down in kck for the last few months becuz of these shops charging me out radius prices to have my car fixed but $3000 later they finally did it right half ass so I got to go up to Topeka finally to see them. We'll it started overheating and I had to pull off the highway and pulled into a shop called 'Doug's Service Center. I cried and cried cuz I am tapped out over these pricy shops that don't even complete there work. We'll a super nice man, Doug, came up to me nice as can be and showed me where the problem was. It was a hole in the heater hose. I had to keep it over night and it was so inexpensive. I will be taking my car there from now on if I have anymore problems with it. Thanks you all. I've been with Doug's Service Center since 2010 and have not been more happy to utilize the experience again and again. This business is like family and very wholesome friendly. The only negative to me is how busy he is on the schedule (this is actually a good thing for him😉). I'm happy he is busy which means he knows what he is doing and that is what matters with vehicles! Now in 2023 the level of experience is no comparison to any other shop I've worked for or utilize for mechanical services. I've driven 9hours for service because its services i trust. I am grateful for Doug's knowledge to be able to figure out the most tedious things when they have gone bad. Don't forget to appreciate those who work hard for others 🤩

You can't find a better mechanic. My husband and I started having car trouble on our way from WA to GA and no one would touch our Audi. We thought we'd be stranded but Doug stopped what he was doing and fixed us immediately and had us back on the road in less than 2hrs. Fast, efficient, affordable and down right lovely people. Not to mention Gus, the best shop pup to keep you company on your short wait.
