Awful, terrible customer service and price gauging crooks!!! Do NOT let these guys touch your car!!! Last week the person on the phone sounded concerned but couldn't get me into an appointment for 3 days. Lucky I know a few things about cars and it's not hard to determine when an alternator goes bad. I used that 3 days to have the alternator tested (free at autozone) and also to check a few other shops. When I got here for my 8 am appointment, a snotty kid, who isn't a mechanic, is in charge of giving over priced estimates at the counter, AND they weren't ready for me. The kid told me it would take about an hour and a half too get an estimate together... ... ??? I had not had this happen at the other shops, so I was concerned and hurried straight back after dropping off the kids. Good thing I came back a little early too! Because, when I arrived, I stopped some old man, (who couldn't see), from tinkering under the hood, with tools on the OPPOSITE side of my alternator!! I was nice and asked him what he was doing, but the manager came out PRACTICALLY RUINING toward me and was extremely rude about me approaching my own car. Said he'd meet me inside and felt very shady. He definitely did NOT want me seeing what was happening with my vehicle. He looked back twice to see that I was keeping my eye on the car, and finally told the old man to close the hood. When I went around to talk to him(mgr) in the office, (per his request), he actually did NOT bother to go into the office himself and sent the kid again! The kid STILL had not called the part store for the alternator ($135 part) and finally came up with a $765 "estimate". They also wanted to charge me $100 for diagnostic service to be sure it was the alternator. When I asked the shop manager if he knew his guy was quoting over twice the price of other shops.. He just looked into his coffee mug and In what I would call a "TPS Report" voice, he said: "Yeah... You'll probably just want to go there then...". And he turned his back on me, walked his lazy ass back over to his sandwich and continued his breakfast. The "good" reviews on here are from a personal relations over a year ago and from a fake account. Nasty Nasty things going on in that shop. Steer clear of this one folks!

Swear to God this is the highest priced shop in topeka. $500+ just to so struts and sway bsr on a 08 buick Lucerne. Dudes are high or have lost thier minds. Thier higher then cable dahmer and briggs! KEEP CALLONG OTHER SHOPS I PROMISE THIERS CHEAPER AND BETTER SHOPS!

I almost never leave reviews for anything on any site, but feel I must do so here to respond to a grave injustice. Cherry Kelly's review is either mistakenly talking about some other shop or is totally bogus, malicious, and unconscionable. Her review doesn't even come close to describing this shop, the people, and their work ethic. I have never EVER seen them behave any where near like she described. We have taken all of our vehicles to them for many years and will continue to do so. They have always done excellent work on our several vehicles, explained clearly the work that needs to be done (or not done) and treated us in a very professional and kind way. They have often gone out of their way to accommodate any scheduling challenges we had and have personally given us courtesy rides even though they are a small shop with no dedicated courtesy driver. I have always found their quality of work to be top-notch, their prices very reasonable, and their people experienced and knowledgeable. They have frequently saved me significant money by explaining how work that I was anticipating was really not needed and the real issue was something much simpler. They have never tried to get me to do unnecessary work like some shops do. I also have the highest respect for their honesty and how they treat their customers.

Call one nobody answers. Call 2 someone picks up. I say( how are you doing today they hang up) Call 3 nobody answers. Day 2 call 1 nobody answers, call 2 pick up someone picks up. I stated the issue and 20 things I replaced but still have the issue. They deny me as they dont have obd1 for 95 vehicle. You would think a list of things replaced would help make things easier to pinpoint for a professional. No they see it as more of a task some how. Basically they didnt care. Not professional, not mechanics, just every day Joe's with a shop and a scan tool you can buy at O'Reilly parts.

I took a 2004 Toyota rav4 in for diagnostics paid 90 something dollars for that, they told me I just had air in the system, but I still kept leaking, using 1 gallon a day. Took it to performance auto care paid 55$ for diagnostics and come to find out I have a blown headgasket and a failing radiator. I don’t suggest them. Go to performance.
