I wish I could leave 0 stars this is the worst company I've ever worked with. This guys acts like a child. Barely communicates. Excuse after excuse. He can not admit he messes up there is no accountability anywhere. These people will return your car in worse shape them it came in. Don't over look the over bad reviews look at the other bad responses and how he responds to them. No accountability, everything is everyone else fault not his. I cannot stress this enough do not take your vehicle here they will sit on it and tell you, you need to pay more

This shop deserves a 5 star review. They were kind and had great customer service. Came in to replace my cv axel on my 2019 4runner. He was fast and got the job done in 45 mins. I still had issues that I brought up to them. They fixed it. I had a bearing go out and they fixed it. And the Jon was cheaper then the full service shop that charge a arm and a leg.

Nice folks. Recieved new starter and later clutch and clutch master cylinder. When a car reaches that point of everything getting old or outdated Boyd’s Garage is THE PLACE TO GO for friendly service to keep your vehicle on the road and running. In Topeka with 4 family members for a work thing. Came from Salina, KS just for the day and our engine overheated. They stayed and waited for us to nurse it there. They had it fixed by 7pm the next night and we made it back yo Salina. But it was very hot and late at night and we had to walk to find a hotel. The 1 he recommended was to expensive and we ended up walking clear across town to a cheaper hotel, luckily 1 person was kind enough to stop and give us a ride. We used Buses the next day to help get around but they stop running 6/7pm. There are NO BATHROOMS in the area of the garage that you are allowed to use!! Walked several blocks and several gas stations and businesses no use bathroom. Called several charities and police station to ask for financial assistance with car repair or hotel and NONE would or could help! Appreciate the work they did for me God bless them but this will be my 1st and LAST time in Topeka!

Horrible service, illegal use of the vehicle and made the issue worse.. pathetic service DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Considering it won’t let me reply. Let me clarify something to you, what you did was cut a deal after doing repairs not authorized. You knew you were wrong in doing that. As for the car running, yes and it sounds worse than ever. The noises it’s making were not happening before you touched this car. Don’t you think that letting a customer know that you’re storing it at a different location is necessary? Bad customer service, and you feel like you’ve done a favor causing more issues than when it was brought to your garage.. way to go! You’ve succeeded in proving my point. Horrible service and by the way stop letting your people smoke in the cars of customers, that is beyond rude and inconsiderate. Again… don’t use this business, it’s unethical in its practices!

They gave us excellent service when we had problems on a thousands-mile roadtrip. They helped us on a Sunday, even giving me a ride back to my hotel after coming down to the shop where I dropped the car off. Later they dropped the car off to us at church where I was with my family while they worked on the car. They did a wonderful job, and at an exceptional price. I would recommend Boyd's to anyone!
