Sergio the person that welcomes you and works with your order, is excellent! I believe he must be the store manager or something like that. My only complain is with the person that changed my tires, I picked up my car hours after it was ready and when I got there my keys where inside the car, with one of the windows open and the passenger sit reclined all the way down. Other than that, the price was good.

This is a great place to take your car for service or to get tires. They are efficient , actually listen to your questions and always try to help. They never try and sell you something you don’t need . The store is clean and they take many precautions to keep you safe. Jesus usually helps me decide what my car needs and explains why each service is necessary . Before I found this Goodyear center I had tried several other places. None compared. I highly recommend them.

They never have anything to help me. My first visit they didn’t have a battery I needed even after I called to ask them if they did. My 2nd visit I had an appointment but they said they didn’t have and told they couldn’t service me because they were too busy. Finally the 3rd time I made an appointment and called to confirm it but when I went the next day they didn’t have a AC tech and told me to go to the Pines location. When I got there they don’t me they didn’t have a tech either and told me to go to the 411 location. I just gave up on them. Never going back to them again.

Did a oil change they call me tell me that I need a brake flush. in 2 today’s time I checked the car and they did not even doing a oil change everything in the car was low and they charge me for it. i went back to them, if everything was properly done would not have to way the time i did, i was watching them and the were tapping up the fluids so i know it was not done. And the store manager did not have the customer service training to apologize knowing that it was not done at all. This is unacceptable. What if this was a female that did not understand much about cars the car would’ve probably break down with her on the road engine blow up and she would be wondering what she did wrong. someone must double check work, especially when you're dealing with something that can take a life. this store has no customer service the worst

My first experience here was amazing but unfortunately today was everything but that. I had an appointment at 2 pm for a tire rotation and alignment. Prior to arriving, (literally an hour before) I had an oil change and inspection at my dealership who told me my tire pressure was fantastic. Upon arriving, customer service was not horrible but also not great. After waiting almost 3 hours for the services to be done, I drive home to get an alert that my tire pressure is low. This issue is not the end of the world but it is so frustrating to have spent so much time at an established place and leave with a pending service that didn’t need doing till arriving. I would give them 2.5 stars if I could.

Beware ‼️‼️Horrible experience at this Goodyear location my tires that I recently bought for $1700. There was a tire blowout completely blowout. I’ve had the tire less than 50 miles and they are refusing to replace the tires. The manager at this location refused to listen or give an actual concern. It was just he could not take care of it at this location. Either I need to go to another location. I’ll contact corporate. I am unable to post pics so you guys can see and he’s saying it’s my fault saying the tire pressure was low, keep in mind I have a sensor that would detect any low tire pressure. I posted pics to the website it’s a green car

Hi name is Vali, after calling several local auto shops and my dealership to replace the headlights/bulb I found my local Goodyear tire store in Miramar. Very clean store. The service was above and beyond. The price was fair and reasonable . (Not the ridiculous price of $211 labor only, quoted by another auto store just to change a darn headlight/bulb😱.) Sergio was professional, honest and friendly. I recommend the Miramar Goodyear store

The manager and the techs at this place saved our trip today to the Keys for me and my family heading on vacation. Had two fairly new tires go down on the turnpike and we stopped in and explained our situation. The Manager had one his techs jump right on our issue and solved our problems in under 30 minutes despite their bays being nearly full. Thank you guys for the fantastic service you provided. If you live in this area or have a issue like we did, this is the place to go.

On April 5th I brought a brand new Tire for 210$ GOT A WARRANTY FOR 35$ EXTRA in case I pick up a nail or something in my tire..2 months later I got a nail in my Tire. Came to get the nail taken out. And it just appears to be a Hassle..MAN AT THE COUNTER says can you drop your Car off? (Me)Sir, how long does it take to remove a nail out of my Tire sir..The Man At The Counter Seems Very Frustrated With Me,, (mind you I been here for 15mins already)..Then he, tells me that it was going to be 43$ to take a nail out of my Tire and I have a warranty..BLANK STARE..why twist my arm to get a warranty when you're going to charge me 43$ anyways!! I Left and Went down the street to a Tire Shop and they charged me 12 bucks..Unacceptable Goodyear 🥴

I went to this Goodyear store last Saturday because my brakes were making noise, and I wanted to fix that issue. They told me I needed to replace the brake pads and rotors, which would cost $425. However, when I went to pay, the total was $486. I trusted their diagnosis and paid for the service, but a week later, my brakes were still making noise. I went back today, and now they’re telling me that I need to replace the calipers, which would cost almost $500 more. So they made me pay nearly $500 for something that didn’t fix the problem, just to make me come back and spend even more money? This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and effective service.

I was planning to take my Mercedes to get four tires installed and alignment I change my mind the reviews are horrible someone is not running that location right if you take good care of customers they will always come back over charging customers is not the smartest thing to do because people are well informed you wont see them again

I had a terrible experience. I bought the tires with goodyear online. The ambassador who installed them told me that the warranty was included and the alignment was free at any store. So I went here, I asked about it to the employee Sergio, and he was totally rude and impolite. Ultimately I requested to get the service and he told me that it would take 2 hours, when it actually took 5 hours!!! I lost my workday, even my lunch got spoiled after all the time. I expected an apology, but he pretended nothing happened.

I arrived with low tire pressure when I arrived they told me I had a nail in my tire. They said they patched it that as soon as I drive the tire pressure light should go off it never did. I had to stop 3 times to put air on the tire & at 10pm had to contact a road ranger. I don’t know what they did but the job was done wrong very upset. I paid for nothing & now I have to go in the morning to a tire shop again.

This afternoon, I brought my vehicle to Goodyear because the front driver's side tire had only 27% air remaining. The representative examined it and informed me that a patch was not possible due to a screw and the lack of tread. Consequently, I require two new front tires. I mentioned that I had purchased four new tires from my dealership in March. I then requested that they add some air to the tire so I could safely drive to my dealership for inspection. Upon arriving at the dealership, the technician kindly removed the screw and performed the patch without any charge. Goodyear please stop taking advantage of women in need!

This place is the worst in the world. The front desk staff have the biggest attitude. They treat customers as if they are doing us a favor. They seem bothered when they have someone enter the building. Earlier this year I purchased a set of 4 new tires and had to end up waiting 4 hours because the truck bring the tires got stuck in traffic. I couldn't even leave because they had already removed my old tires. Took a chance and returned for an oil change only recently and they informed it would take more than an hour. Again with the negative attitude. No more chances at this location. Drove 2 miles away to Jiffy Lube and had a signature oil changed in 20 minutes. All the staff at Jiffy Lube were super professional and efficient. The way it's supposed to be. Didn't even exit the car.

I ordered four new tires from Amazon and had them installed at this Goodyear. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The technicians clearly didn’t know what they were doing; they were shouting at each other, and the equipment seemed outdated. They also scratched two of my rims during the installation. Overall, it was a very poor experience.
