Rick and Ramiro are the best. Excellent customer service. They are hard working, dedicated, problem solvers. Do yourself a favor and get the road hazard insurance. I highly recommend it!

So I've had to come into this place since being here for the past few months and at 1st I was happy with the service as it was just a simple oil change and alignment but as I had to be here longer I've had to get other things done, namely some new brakes, rotors, and struts. After getting my brakes done I thought they'd be as sharp as they were before they began to wear out but that wasn't the case. They still took about halfway through of force before they really engaged and not only that but my vehicle came back with some new sounds that weren't being heard before. It sounded like something was loose and not secured tightly and my brakes were making all sorts of sounds when engaging so I went back and let them know my concerns. Ramiro said everything seemed fine and that the only thing that could cause the issues and noises I was hearing was some internal manifold thing with the braking system that would need to be checked by going in through the top of the engine or behind it, (not sure if I remember it correctly). Anyway I didn't like what I was hearing because I just spent 1300 to get my brakes done and they still weren't responding the way they used to. I already had to go back twice since getting my brakes done so I decided to take my vehicle to the dealership to get some diagnostics. Come to find out there was a leak in my left front CV axle and the bushing on the passenger side control arm was broken. I'm sure Ramiro would've noticed these things when they did my brakes the 1st time around and when I went back with my concerns but not one mention of these things were made. I told the guys at the dealership to check the brakes also and thankfully they were good but I'm still not getting the responsiveness I once had, even after the original brake flush that was done by goodyear and the follow up at the dealership. So there might be some truth to what Ramiro was saying but anyhow I fixed the issues that were found and did the front strut work that needed to get done, (I'll acknowledge Ramiro for noticing that issue when I came back but why wasn't it mentioned earlier?) I paid more than I would've liked at the dealership that's for sure but after all the work was done, I took it back to goodyear to get my alignment being that I have the 3 year with them and to my shock they said it couldn't be done because of a nut that had ceased on. I'm thinking bullshit so I drove it all the way to the GoodYear in Weslaco the same day and they got it done with no problem. I can't say I have much confidence in the Goodyear at McAllen but the one in Weslaco did alright by me.
