Great Price BUT be ready to spend 3 hours and 30 minutes. Made my appointment at 9AM car was ready at 11:20AM but they forgot the Strip on the Windshield and took an extra hour on a 2 Door car. I had my Large SUV done in less than 2 hours in another business.

I just got my truck back yesterday from one stop shop, they knocked it out of the park it’s beautiful. I want to thank Kenny and his whole team for going above and beyond for me, they worked late way past closing time just to get me my vehicle back to me so I can take my kids to school in the morning. I had such a great experience at the One-Stop Shop! I came in to get my windows tinted and everything from start to finish was smooth and professional. Vic was incredibly helpful—he took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable with the process. The waiting area was a pleasant surprise too! On 10/4/2024, I took my truck in for a windshield replacement under the Bert Ogden warranty. The service in the lobby was excellent. However, the dash camera wasn’t reinstalled in its original factory position, so it’s recording at an angle. They also reused the original adhesive, which is no longer sticky. By the time I got home, the camera was already hanging. Now I have to drive back to get it "inspected".

When we got the truck, back in 2021, the salesman had offered VAP insurance. It consisted of service if the truck's upholstery got stained, torn, or damaged from that source. I had to file a claim and they would fix or clean it IF approved. After 4 years, the truck was somewhat stained from the front passenger seat, and I wondered if it would cover it. The agency referred me to One Stop Shop and I sure went and asked about it. The girls were super nice and helpful; Stephanie, Veronica, Michelle and Yaritza, I didn't have to do anything, they took care of everything! It took a few days, but it was totally worth it. I really thought they were only going to clean just the seat but they went the extra mile. They cleaned the inside and even washed and detailed the outside too! I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with their service. I totally recommend this shop, and if necessary, I would go back to them for a detailed cleaning of the truck.

Avoid going here for windshield repairs. Go to Safe lite auto glass certified specialist. Took my 2024 X5 BMW to get a windshield repair replacement had to go back twice and get the wind windshield reinstalled again because air was coming through the passenger side. The passenger side of the car was left super dirty they don’t respect your vehicle I don’t care you are in a hurry. But be respectful and not be a messy lazy person use something if you plan on stepping on peoples interior. Place a clean towel of you plan on stepping on any car not just mine. My car was clean I had never seen it like this. So disappointed and disgusted.

The owner yesterday replied to a msg from 4 mo ago and He states a bunch of false and not full documented information tell him to stop lying my info is dated in texts service July 10 air vent the center air event was replaced on the third service after the initial Radio service was picked up and paid for the owner who’s never around to talk to in person. Denies his people crack in it and if you have to remove that center section to do the Side air events and then a week later you have to remove it to install the center events It was cracked on the last one, and then reported three weeks later when I cleaned my car and noticed it. I keep reaching out to synchrony, but they don’t do a thorough investigation. for some reason, the only reach out to the vendor and not the Customer. So I’ve hired a personal lawyer. to take on the case with my documentation that I’ve submitted here in my review of their terrible Service after 13 years of doing a good job, when the father and the business. Bert Ogden ONESTOP had my vehicle for three+ weeks to do a three day job for this type of work, they have one Tech, and one manager to work on your vehicle no matter how many vehicles they bring in. Over that time we decided to change out the terrible factory stereo. So then we decided to add Speakers, and then we decided to replace the Air vents, and this is where the plastic is cracked upper right Air Vent around the replaced Radio. So, of course,blame me for the extra time 2+ weeks but the items I added Don’t add 15 days of additional work Then today when I went to go detail My car July 22 is when I noticed the crack above the upper right hand side of the stereo. Kenny said that I should’ve noticed that the day I picked up the car. Well no one ever did a walk-through with me when I picked up the car and I picked it up a few different times after the initial job was done. No one ever did a walk-through with me any of the three times that I picked up the car. I’ve had five Cars work done there Since 2012 Never had issues or problems, Always had a great work Done. This last time I believe the gentleman who overseas the job named Kenny is the owners son, and he has an attitude that they can’t do anything wrong and everything is on the Customer They’ve taken this part on and off multiple times I believe there’s no way for me as the Driver of the car to externally break or crack that part, and Kenny’s telling me that they’re not responsible for that damage his words “I understand. This is not something we could cover.” His words “This would have been something to be brought up on the day you picked it up.” Anyhow, BUYER BEWARE at Bert Ogden. ONE STOP things have definitely changed at this business for the worse Not for the better. Back in the day. You used to get all this work done for $500 now it’s sixfold. The technician, Mike did a great job with my vehicle, Took a lot of care and went over and above to make sure to do things properly. But stuff happens, and I understand, but the business has to be responsible, and when something goes wrong they have to correct it at their expense This is the response from Kenny who’s handled my service since I took my vehicle after having texted a few times today asking them to take responsibility for the work “ I really appreciate that after all we did for you over the years that’s truly how you feel about my company. Do you expect us to just accept you reporting a damage a month after working on your vehicle that you could have very easily caused? I’m disappointed you reached so low.” How would a driver of the vehicle crack this part I’m no genius, but when you have a stereo replaced and then you have Air vents replaced and they replaced the outer Air vents at one service and then they replaced the inner Air vents at another service I am assuming these parts had to be removed and replaced each time all I was asking of Kenny was to take responsibility, at the Company expense, which is wholesale, not retail to take care of the issue, and not force my hand to post a review with a negative tone

HORRIBLE SERVICE: DAMAGE, DENIAL, AND DISHONESTY WITH A BRAND NEW CAR I am writing this review to warn future customers about the complete lack of professionalism and accountability at this establishment. I brought my brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue, which I had owned for only one week, to have the two front windows tinted. When they were working on the vehicle they come to tell me there is an existing sharp blade cut on the passenger side door panel (the vinyl trim). This damage was clearly caused by a careless mistake during the tint installation process. What happened next was genuinely shocking: the staff completely denied responsibility and tried to accuse ME of bringing the car in with the damage already present. To add insult to injury, they attempted to back up their lie with initial inspection photos, which I believe they edited or manipulated the timestamps on to support their false claim. The very idea that my vehicle, less than seven days old and meticulously cared for, had such damage is absurd. They eventually offered to "repair" the damage at no cost (the damage they supposedly didn't cause). While the cut itself was fixed, they left the area visibly stained from whatever chemical or solvent they used during the repair which I had to clean afterwards. In summary: I would recommend everyone avoid this business. They do poor work, they refuse to take responsibility when they cause damage, and they will attempt to gaslight the customer by blaming them and providing false evidence. Zero stars if possible.
