Took our Mercedes in for routine maintenance and experienced excellent communication and customer service. No pressure sales at all, they told me what they recommended and let me decide what I wanted done with no pressure. The work done was outstanding and they treated our car like it was one of their own. Our car was washed and looked detailed on the outside which was a nice surprise when I picked it up. Work was done quickly and allot cheaper than the Mercedes Dealer. Will definitely be back with My BMW X1 as well. Thank You Eagle Automotive!!!

The only reason I’m updating my review to a 2 star is because they eventually fixed the problem—after we had to bring the vehicle back a second time. The whole situation caused a lot of stress for my family. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

I was hit from the front last month and I took my car to Eagle Auto for repairs. I heard that they were good and honestly, they provided the best service. They helped me get back on the road with a rental super quick. Here is my before and after photos. They did an awesome job and I got a free car wash. Don’t. This place was recommended by State Farm (insurance for person who hit my vehicle). Vehicle took a bad hit to front end. Majority of collision was taken by front tire. Yet only thing that was repaired was a small plastic bumper trim. Their excuse for not fixing the broken suspension was “it’s an old car and the suspension was already old”. Therefore the other party’s insurance is denying the repair and any further damage repair must be paid by me. The customer here is the insurance company. Not the owner of the vehicle.

This was my first time with Eagle. Though impressed with the facility and the friendliness of the people, I was not sure what to expect for the accident repair of a 2013 Tacoma that I have loving kept and modified over the twelve years that I have owned it. It now is obvious from the superb job they have done that they not only took the time to bring her back to even better than pre incident, but respected the modifications I had done and diligently worked to insure my satisfaction with their efforts. My truck was with them one day short of a month, and considering the model year (and mods), and extent of the damage, I consider that an excellent turn around time. This is true professionalism, and customer orientation. I am quite pleased and would recommend them without hesitation.

Avoid This Shop – Poor Quality Work & No Communication I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve taken my car here three times, and each time, I got it back with unfinished work. The quality just isn’t there. Either they have inexperienced mechanics or they’re just not thorough. Here’s what happened on my most recent visit (November 2024): • One headlight was unplugged and crooked. • The hood doesn’t pop when I press the button. • Three months waiting for a rim replacement. These aren’t huge issues, but when the same type of mistakes happen every time, it’s frustrating and inconvenient. What’s the most scary is that they can’t get the little details right. Imagine the big ones and the things we can’t see. On a previous visit, I got my car back with a wind noise on the driver’s side. The manager said they’d fix it, but the problem was still there. Later, when the weather got hot, my AC wasn’t cooling properly. I took it to the dealership and was told it was accident-related damage—something Eagle Automotive failed to catch. I had to pay out of pocket for the repair. One of the worst things about this shop is their lack of communication. They never update you—you have to keep calling them. For example, I dropped my car off on 11/20/24 and am still waiting for the rim replacement. I’m sure it’s already there, but no one has contacted me. Save yourself the hassle and take your car somewhere else.

Thank you Eagle Automotive for fixing my BMW. My vehicle was involved in an accident back in February. It sat at Bert Odgen for 7 weeks just to be told they were unable to do the work. I had to look for another collision center with trained staff to get the job done. No one was highly qualified. Eagle Automotive gave me hope when I had no hope left. Brought my vehicle after collision to front passenger side. They charged insurance over $1000 to install a $70 plastic bumper cover. They DID NOT replace the damaged tie rod. They claimed the liable party’s State Farm Insurance didn’t cover cost to fix the damaged suspension. Which was directly damaged from the impact. After months of waiting. I didn’t get a single call letting me know what was covered and what would be out of pocket. I decide to take the vehicle elsewhere. While inspecting their work it’s obvious they only charge high but work product doesn’t not meet their premium charges. Video taken on their parking lot the day I picked it up showing totally loose front bumper.
