John and Isaac at Goodyear were absolutely awesome to work with. I first called them to re-secure a sagging engine splash guard and they were able to fit me in within the hour and completed the job within 15 minutes of my arrival. I then called them to get an oil change, alignment, and safety inspection for me as I was preparing for a cross-country trip. They got me in right away again, and the work went very smoothly; they even managed to replace my broken passenger-side mirror on the spot without any notice when I went to pick up my car (I had brought a new mirror assembly with me and they swapped it in under 30 minutes.) Friendly and honest guys, good prices, no-nonsense, 10/10 recommend!

Isaac and his team of mechanics are awesome! There was a multitude of things wrong with my car that he was able to fix quickly and for a very fair price. He called me a couple times just to check in and let me know what was going on rather than doing the work and then surprising me with an outlandish bill like most mechanics will do! I will definitely be going back to his shop in the future!

I would leave a negative 100 stars if I can. I had an extremely negative experience at this dealership. During an oil change and tire installation, I was met with hostility and sarcasm from the staff - directly to my face. After the oil change, the oil filter cap was deliberately cross-threaded, which ended up costing me an extra $1,000 to fix. When I reported this to the manager, they dismissed my concerns. Additionally, I witnessed discriminatory behavior from the mechanics, including misogyny and racism. This level of unprofessionalism and misconduct is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership under any circumstances.

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic, Isaac is the mechanic you are looking for. He explained everything that was going on with my car and was very available to answer all my questions. Issac is very easy to talk to and has a very friendly, down to earth and good natured personality. He gave the attention my car required and I really appreciated that he focused on making sure my car was the safest possible. That seemed to be of the utmost importance. Issac without question has earned every of the 5 stars I gave him. ✨️ And to my delight his assistant, Max, happens to be an expert in Miatas and was able to provide extensive knowledge and expertise to my Miata!

I used to go to Big O across from this Goodyear. Had a couple bad experiences with the technicians treating me like an idiot. Isaac is very open and honest about issues with your car. Its a small shop but well run. Not the cheapest prices but do very good work. Car drives great!

I took my car to another mechanic and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my Prius, so they recommended Isaac at Good Year! He was able to find the problem fast. He even brought me over to look at it and explain it, and give me a range of options to go about fixing it, as well as let me know realistically what I may want to get done soon. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured or upsold on any repairs. He went out of his way to help me get a repair I could afford and did a wonderful job! My catalytic converter was replaced, and I haven’t had any more coolant leaks, overheating, or problems in the few weeks since I had the service. Very trustworthy guy and the team knows their stuff, especially for Priuses! Thanks so much Isaac and crew!

I have gone to Isaac for almost 3 decades and recommended many friends to him. He does good work and gets you in quickly. He rebuilt my outback engine and it’s still going many years later. So here’s the other side as well. Isaac never comes back with a final bill that’s lower than what he quotes you initially. I recently negotiated with him and he quoted me a price then when I went back he stated that he had told me another price which wasn’t true. Like I mentioned I’ve known him for a very long time and prob spent over a hundred grand or more getting repairs at his shop. Just know he will always charge you more than what he initially quotes you that’s just how he rolls. Not all repair shops do that but it took me going to other local mechanics to understand this.

Isaac was Awesome ! Got me in very next day to install my own provided suspension on my 2016 Audi A3 , he did a great job as well addressed a leaking oil pan he pointed out to me , ordered an upgraded aluminum one and installed same day . Labor costs were much lower than other quotes. I don’t trust all shops to touch my Audi . I’ll be coming back to him in the future !
