I have had my cars serviced by Roger at least 5 times and have always been satisfied with the results and impressed with his caring attitude. My F350 was having all sorts of issues, one shop told me I needed to replace a ton of things and would still need a transmission when they would be done. Another shop ( Don @ All Star Transmission in Fontana, Ca. ) told me it didn’t appear to be the transmission but a possible engine management issue. He recommended Gotz Auto repair, Roger called me once the truck was over at his place and went over all of the codes he had found and after test driving it told me of the issues he believed that were my problems. He said he would go ahead and fix them and afterwards he said it should be all good. A few days later he called me and it ended up being less than he had quoted and the truck now runs like a champ!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! He is honest and does a Great Job! Thanks Roger. 🙌🏼🙏🏼👍🏼

*Brought in a '16 GTI with a bad water pump & thermostat housing.* At first, I went to a VW dealership and I had waited 2.5 hours for a coolant flush and in the end, they did nothing, informed me of nothing, and only told me "You need to pay $#### to get your water pump and thermostat fixed". I was appalled by this news so I had to walk out. I did my research, saw all the reviews for Roger at GOTZ, and showed up to his shop with my car. Right when I pulled in, Roger told me to pop the hood and he immediately started to inspect the components of my car. He showed me the leak and where it was coming from and explained to me WHY it was leaking. He showed me some residual oil from my coolant reservoir and told me that someone must have put in some stop leak when they sold it to me. The thing that sold me was before I left the shop after the diagnosis, Roger topped off my coolant so I could safely drive my car home. Roger is very knowledgeable, kind, and an honest mechanic. I will be taking my car into his shop for any future fixes and maintenance. (GOTZ saved me $500 in comparison to VW). 6/5 stars if I could!

Mr Gotz, is a fair and honest person. Jiffy lube wanted me to do a$1000 transmission fluid transaction . I said no. Few weeks later the bolt under my car holding the transmission fluid was loose and the cap was.not put on . GOTZ AUTOwas able to fix their mistake. He showed me the 2 spots they messed me up on and fixed it for a fair price.

Great guy, Mr. Rogers !! I believe I found this place right when my car was going through smokes and everything, and I found the shop, where offer very reasonable prices or gets you a good price. He's actually adds good value. Great morals and very respectable and I like how he doesn't try to take advantage or the get one over on you and run game like there are other mechanics that will try to do that. Hear many reviews But I was able to get my vehicle fixed the first time in a timely fashion but also had to get oil pan and leak fix but the turn around that it was something else other than that is what took the toll, let's just say I'm very grateful that he definitely came through and helped to repair and had it running again temporarily other stuff just out my budget. I know my vehicle it's pretty old But the body it looks new but I definitely can say that very good on doing business wise. Definitely can get your problems fixed when it comes to your vehicle or vehicles. So I definitely rate good 5 stars! Doesn't tell you or sugar coats puts money back into your pocket hasn't done the take your money run. As you will hear, other customers reviews with other shops. So I definitely recommend if he didn't live so far. I was on that side of Fontana. When my vehicle went out on me, save from taken on stress. Definitely tries to have some type of compassion but great 5 stars definitely do recommend to others ...

Long over due review. We've been taking our vehicles to Roger (Gotz) for the past few years for brakes/rotors, AC, oil changes, etc. Every time Roger is straight forward on what needs to be done, doesn't try to up sell you. The difference between aamco and Rodger, is aamco wants to create a sale for a service that you might not even need and Rodger on the other hand test drove the vehicle before trying to sell a service. I went in for my brakes thinking the brake pedal had too much play, Rodger gladly drove it around the block free of charge and suggested the brake pedal works perfectly. Not only did he do that for free but also recommended to use my money instead for new windshield wipers and even suggested getting a good brand because the other ones don't last as long and Rodger even offered installing them. I recommend everyone hand their trust over to Rodger. Not only is he trustworthy and polite but also has a great sense of humor. Until we meet again my good man Rodger.

Last July, After 3 shops, I had no luck getting my AC fix on my Hummer H2. Until i found GOTZ. He fixed the problem in less than an hour! He took the extra mile to fix other problems on my car and even gave me a ride home! From then on, i only bring my cars to him and he delivers everytime. Don't fall for cheapie/mickey mouse job from other auto shops, BRING YOUR CAR to this guy and he will not disappoint you! I made this review today because I think it's just appropriate to thank him on Thanksgiving day.

I don't normally leave reviews but felt I got Great service at Gotz Automotive. He found the problem with my truck that nobody else could figure out. It turns out I needed a steering box, not only did he fix it, he went over the brakes checked all my fluids and belts to make sure I didn't have any problems down the road. I can’t say enough good things about this mechanic! We were on the road from LA to Indio when something fell off from underneath our car, leaving us in a tough spot. Roger took care of everything so quickly, with such grace and joy—it truly turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. Not only is he the nicest person and incredibly knowledgeable, but his shop is also hands down the cleanest mechanical place I’ve ever seen! Thanks to him, we were able to fix the car and continue with our trip plans without a hitch. Hands down, the best mechanic I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
