Although I did appreciate their quick service my car does not look as it should. I checked everything out before leaving and they didn't fix my rims as they were supposed to so I had to be paid out right for those and will have to spend more time on my end getting them fixed. The side with the most damage looked good before I left but a week later when the car had direct sunlight I noticed that you can see exactly where they just buffed out the paint and it looks TERRIBLE. It was a poor job on their end and I feel corners were cut while doing the improvement to get the car in and out quickly. I would recommend getting your car fixed elsewhere.

I made 1 of the worst decisions of my life taking my vehicle to this body shop. They do HORRIBLE sloppy work and refuse to fix it. I'm in the process of giving my lawyer pictures and evidence. We are going to sue this place for 3 times the amount of the job. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE.

I hit a deer around Christmas time, which completely messed up my front bumper. This place was super professional, and when I had an issue with her five months later they took care of it really quickly. I never had a problem reaching the owner, and the front desk. They kept me up-to-date through the entire process, and made great recommendations for a rental companies. Overall the best experience I could hope for after an accident, I will definitely be using them again.

Do not take your vehicle here! Bubbles and small holes in my pint. They said they replaced my hood, but they didnt... horrible customer service. The manager lied and told me they were under new ownership so they wouldn't have to fix my vehicle properly. Got a lawyer and I have a very strong case, with lots of pre/ post pictures. IM SUING THESE PEOPLE for tripple the amount of the job with was over $11,000.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Caliber collision has wasted my time and my money, and I told them that, and they didn't care just to sum it up. Granado's was the complete opposite. They got me taken care of ASAP. They kept me updated the whole way and made my car look brand new. I'm not a man to go out of his way to leave a review but this company really deserves it. WELL DONE GRANADO'S!!!

Worst body shop EVER! If I could give it a half of star I would. The quality of the paint jobs are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. You will definitely regret taking your vehicle here. They are very un professional. Me and my lawyer are working on a law suit right now.

Honestly really doubted about complaining the 3 past times I took my vehicle to these people , they really don’t know how to deal with paint from what it looks like , a close friend of mine recommended him and I am very disappointed with their work he promised he fixed my truck I asked Adrian to do it him self because there was even more scratches than what I dropped it off with the second I turn away there was already some one else looking at it , they left it with different color spots , the roof paint job is cracking bad . These people are really just good at charging the insurance and doing cheap jobs. I understand that a lot of people have to work on it maybe at the same time , but they are not careful at all . Very upsetting that they can’t do what you ask for , I could of just went to another place and save my time with these cheap people RESPONSE You absolutely did not waive my Deductible I sure payed it . I never mentioned no other shop would take it , I went to you guys because a friend of mine recommended you guys . Plus what was the point of bring in it in again for the 5th time if you obviously were going to turn it in to me messed up one more time from something else . I was tired of waisting my time with you guys . RUNNNN people I should’ve trusted the reviews I saw before going . I wanted to support a Latino body shop but they did me wrong also my insurance payed for the PPF not the ceramic coat that came out of my pocket which you knew and still messed up even after I told you . You did me no favors . You got payed for your job and still messed it up . Just a DIRTY JOB IN GENERAL GUYS RUNNNN….

My vehicle was taken to this bodyshop from BMW dealership in temple and I was told they do all there work so I was expecting my repairs to be flawless when I picked up. Granted there was a fast turn around on the repair but the quality was sub-par. I work for Caliber Collision and I did body work and paint before so I have a very good eye for quality when it comes to repairs like this. I even call the body to tell them I worked for caliber and I would inspect the vehicle really good after repairs. I was told that they would take good care of me. I also asked them to contact me directly when the repairs would get started. Never got a single phone call. When I went to pick up my vehicle I immediately declined the repairs. There was still a dent where the scratch was repaired, there was over spray on my lower lift gate, and the entire panel they repainted had trash (dirt imperfections in it). BMW took my vehicle back to them and I was told that it would be corrected. Went to get my car today and the dent is still there. I see sand scratched from where the cut and buffed, the paint is dull in multiple areas because they did not do a good job buffing and polishing, compound in all the cracks around my tail lights & emblem, and there is still trash in the paint. I refuse to send my car back to them and i am going to redo there work myself. I would not recommend this shop point blank period. I highly recommend them to find someone who does quality inspections after every repair before they send it home. Very dissatisfied with Grenado's!!!

One of the best jobs I could have ever asked to be done. From the moment I walked in and the lady in the office with a smile and welcomed me like family to the owner who made sure it was done on time and all the guys who made sure everything was perfect. My truck was wrecked and the insurance totaled the vehicle and I bought it back and they completely restored it back to as if I drove off the show room floor. The office was very clean as well as the whole shop was clean. They were very professional and I told them I needed it done right away and they made it happen. I couldn’t ask for a better place to take it to. Truly amazing services and would highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back for future projects
