We recently got new tires put on and Discount Tire ended up scratching and chipping the wheels. The wheels on our Lexus are a very particular color with a heavy amount of pearl and shade flip. I had these guys repair my 2017 BMW M4 after it was victim to a nasty sideswipe. Their attention to detail, quick turnaround, and responsiveness to concerns and feedback is unmatched. Genuinely some of the best guys I’ve ever gone to for repairs like this. Car came out looking like it was factory. No weird panel gaps, no overspray. Upshift did an entire overhaul on my 2004 mazda Rx8, which needed body repair after 20 years of neglect, hail damage, previous collisions, etc. The car had a very rare original Mazdaspeed kit as well that I wanted restored that had began to deteriorate because of the harsh Texas heat. Chris and Nathan not only repaired the body kit and body damage, re-painted and made the car show ready, but they also re-finished my headlights, installed other aftermarket parts like exhaust, coil-overs, new tail lights, and wheels. The car went from a 20 year old shite box to a show worthy car in a few short months. I cannot recommend these guys enough and any one that wants an honest review that isn’t faked due to immature rage reviews, feel free to look at my account for honest work at jdm.carson on ig, as they are tagged in every post. less than a month after the car was finished, it was rear ended, and needed a new bumper and repair to the Mazdaspeed diffuser, all before a show that I had in less than a week. Chris and nathan were able to take a spare bumper from another car that I had, repair the damage to it, paint it, and repair the Mazdaspeed diffuser, and have it ready for me to drive before Slammedenuff Texas. Somehow, it looked even better than the original bumper they had painted! I have posted both before and after shots of the car: the work speaks for itself. I understood that things take time, and I also understood that higher priority jobs will take precedence over my car, since this is a small business that specializes in custom work, not a Caliber Collision, a Classic Collision or another run of the mill chain body shop.
