I drove up close to closing, like so close to closing that I was just going to make an appointment. The guys listened to my issue, asked a few probing questions, and then asked me to pull into the bay. I was repaired and blowing icy cold air within 25 minutes. I was told that if I had any further issues, which were not anticipated to swing back by whenever. Now, it may be a simple solution to some, but when it is 102 degrees outside in the sun, it was a life saver! I really anticipated in making an appointment. The price was quite reasonable, but what price can be put on cold air in Texas in July? I will be a forever customer!

Sure Shot came to the rescue when my son’s 2013 car broke down on Hwy 35. We live in New Braunfels & he was driving home for the holidays, he attends UT Arlington. Luckily a guardian Angel suggested I call Jeff who took my call & it was a Christmas weekend 2022. I took my 2005 Ford Mustang here after being quoted $850 to fix my racks and pinion, and 600 to DIAGNOSE some other issues lol 😂 I called Sure Shot and they pretty much diagnosed it in person for free and gave me a very reasonable quote. They finished my vehicle very quickly! Replaced my racks and pinion, my oil pan, two valve cover leaks and gave me an alignment. Very honest people, didn’t try to sell me something my car didn’t vitally need. My car runs so much better now! Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Sure Shot!

Edited from my original post, wanted to update since I got additional service from Sure Shot. I originally dropped by for a pre-purchase inspection at the end of the day and they were nice enough to squeeze me in before closing for the day. They were thorough, very transparent on pricing estimates for work that had to be done on the truck and a great prepurchase inspection price. Prices at other mechanics in Austin where I live weren't even close. I drove two hours round trip to come back and get those fixes done at Sure Shot because of the quality, their knowledge and such great price. Great bunch of guys and highly recommend their service.

The owner himself dealt with me and he was very respectful, very generous with his time hey Jump Right In like I was the only customer. Was extremely reasonable price wise and is even still to this day telling me to come back to pinpoint what's going on with my AC if it's a minor or major thing. Being a woman, many mechanics treat me differently or try to take advantage and that has NEVER been an issue at Sure Shot. Roger and Jeff helped me out this time around. I took my car there for the window motor on the drivers side well the window is not on the track rightand I can see it fall forward when the window goes up and down and the mechanic that is there won't fix it right, he was very rude and cursing me out, I guess I'm gonna have to file a lawsuit cuz I paid him to fix my window and is is not fix, the judge will see the pictures and videos of how the window is working

This genius opened my brand new bottle of engine oil, turned the 5 quart jug upside down, and proceeded to (over)fill my engine all at once. It already had a front pan oil leak. That leak was minor until they overfilled it. After overfilling it, they left the engine cap off on top of the engine and slammed the hood down. Which of course is not good or professional let alone smart because it let's in air bubbles and more. Now there is SIGNIFICANT and worse damage. Where there was once a small leak, due to the pressure and being overfilled the oil just POURS out. When I informed them a few days later what they did, I received no apologies. Instead I was literally yelled at and blamed. They told me previously after I went there and spent several hundreds of dollars on various other repairs, that if I ever needed them to refill my oil, they would do it no charge. I went up there 3 times with a jug of oil (that I purchased myself along with my own funnel). They used this as an excuse to why it is acceptable to overfill my tank and leave my engine cap off. SMH. Just because you poured in my own oil, doesn't give you a right to overfill it and leave my cap off and act like it's no big deal and somehow my fault for the further damage you caused. None the less yell at me. Own up to what you did. These guys also stripped my drain plug. Real great work you did on my vehicle. I have all of this on video btw and pics of their negligent actions. Don't waste your time and money here people. If you have existing problems on your vehicle, they will just make it worse and want you to pay them more money because you'll have to continuously come back after they damage something to your vehicle when they're suppose to be "working" on it.
