We scheduled an early morning appointment to get our Schwintek slide repaired and our axles replaced on our 2022 Imagine 2970RL. We made reservations at a local hotel for for two nights with the option to extend just in case it took longer. Two night were plenty to get both jobs completed. Zoee, Jeff, and the service team were helpful, prompt to reply, knowledgeable, courteous, and just plain wonderful to meet and talk with. Grand Design provides quality & floorplans that are above & beyond their "production-built" competitors! We decided to upgrade from our Jayco TT, seeking better quality in our next purchase. We discovered the Grand Design (GD) product and, after talking with several GD owners and viewing their trailers, we realized that GD bridged the quality gap between Airstream (no slide-outs) and Production-built trailers. My wife and I recently purchased a Grand Design 395 Momentum M class and we love it! We researched for almost a year and visited many dealerships looking for the right one to fit our family of 6. Originally we looked at bunk houses for our four kids and none seemed to be the right fit in all makes and brands. That is until my wife found the 395 Momentum M class toy hauler by Grand Design. My wife and I were looking for something that would fit our large family and for future full time living, and the 395 Momentum by Grand Design was the one for us!! The large seating capacity of the living area (sectional sofa and luv seat), not giving up the dinette, and also having a nice kitchen area sold us! The toy hauler section we turned into a bedroom; and our teenage son took the loft so all our children have their own space! After much research, my wife and I are really happy with our purchase! No manufacturer is perfect, but Grand Design’s overall quality and build have been just about perfect for us!!

2021 Transcend 265BH by Grand Design Wonderful trailer, stunning floor plan, DC fridge, inverter and solar panels work amazing if power goes out, great feature!!! Not a fan of the plastic shower door as the model I was supposed to get had an upgraded shower door, but supply and demand are crazy right now due to covid. Overall the nicest trailer I've owned, I've had 4 previous. Grand Design is not just the company's name, it's and expression of what they build!!!

RV Manufacturing is a huge undertaking, with this company it has been clear to me that they take it very serious. Once the process of a through Pre Delivery Inspection is complete the unit is ready for the customer. I feel this step is critical and why Grand Design is so far ahead with customer service. They are available for questions and have put together a wonderful owners portal with tons of useful information. Each unit will be cared for differently but with proper maintenance it will last!

We have now owned two Solitudes. Our first one was a used 2018 375 RES and we just bought a new 2023 390RK. We love that both have very livable and beautiful floorplans, are constructed well, and amazing storage underneath. Customer service and tech support have been second to none when needed. We love the rallies that are put on; the SRT’s knowledge and willingness to answer questions and be of help is truly a gift and appreciated. Grand Design is a family to us. We highly recommend them and their RV’s to anyone looking for quality.

We have a need for a large garage and the Momentum 398 delivered just that with it's expansive garage and amazing creature comforts. We absolutely love the design, with plenty of storage, and fantastic features. With that being said, the actual build quality is terrible. Most of the trim is barely attached, doors and frames are not square, water leaks in the kitchen, fridge quit working in the first month, shades don't work, loose hardware, and extremely slow electronic panel.

Late October my wife and I had our season ending camping reservation and at the end of the weekend, we knew it was time to upgrade from our entry level camper. We have had our eye on the Grand Design Transcend 265bh for about two years and haven't seen another floor plan with everything this camper has. The form, fit and function of this camper is astounding with every possible feature coupled with the very logical layout. If you haven't seriously looked at a Grand Design, you're missing out.

January of 2025 we embarked on a journey to find our second RV. After months of looking at shows and websites and reviews of what felt like 100’s of floorplans we landed on a Grand Design Reflection 324MBS. What stood out to me was the exceptional layout and quality of the build, from the solid surface countertops to the abs brake system we were over the moon excited to get a mid-bunk in a 32ft 5th wheel and we have only had it one month we appreciate all that went into the design of the RV.

Best super C for its size anywhere. Well designed and well executed. The build quality is several steps above others I have owned and considered owning. Very spacious interior due to large slides. The F600 chassis leaves lots of room for carrying capacity. The ride on the Fox shocks is nothing short of amazing.
