We’ve always had a great experience with the VW dealership in Grand Junction. Most recently, they went above and beyond to help right a wrong, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Their commitment to excellent, friendly service really stands out every time we walk through the front door. Everyone is helpful, welcoming, and professional. A big thank you to Travis, Allen, Logan, and the entire team for always taking great care of us. It’s clear they truly value their customers, and that kind of service is hard to find these days. Fyi this place is shady. They sold me a jeep with a canadian registered vin without telling me or putting it in any papework. This is extremely illegal and should have never be allowed. I did not think i would have to check a vin at a dealership. Now i am stuck with this car and a payement and no way to get out of it.

We've used this dealership before. There was a engine code that came up. Took it to one of the auto parts and had it diagnosed. It came up with a vac leak. We took it to the car lot. They rediagnosed it and told us what it needed. $600 worth. Then we were told we had a valve cover leak and needed a new valve cover gasket, $300. Unreal. We decline the services at the time due to a fixed income. I went to pick up the car and was told that would be $200 for the diagnosis. What!! Didn't have that so had to fill out an app to pay over time! Not happy. Price gouging at it best!

This VW dealership was amazing. First off, everyone working there was really friendly and courteous. The gentleman helping us with service, Gary, was awesome. We were on a cross country road trip and had an engine light came on. They were kind enough to take us quickly and had our software updated and back on the road in no time. Kelly, our courtesy shuttle driver was informative and kind as well - he took us to a dog park nearby so we were able to have our dogs let off sole steam while we waited. Nice guy. They totally saved us and got us back up and running to make it to our campsite that evening on time. A+ team over there. Thanks again! -Jacob and Laura :)

I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. I trusted them to properly diagnose my vehicle when I brought it in under warranty three different times, yet they told me it was normal for a VW to burn oil, black clouds of smoke were normal, and EPC mode activation was also normal during long road trips because of oil burn and to just continue adding oil. I requested further tests after they told me that my vehicle passed the oil consumption test, but they refused. I took the vehicle to them on Oct 8th for an inspection and it passed prior to going on a road trip. I have paid for and completed all factory recommended maintenance and have given this dealership thousands of dollars. However days after the last oil change and inspection at GJ VW, the engine failed completely and another dealership found metal shavings in the oil and suggested that this problem has been ongoing for a while. I have called and left three messages for the dealership and was promised that a manager would call me two days ago, yet only Cole with service reached out to me and continues to tell me that everything I experienced is normal. It is clearly not normal for a properly maintained engine to fail and all of the issues I experienced show that it was defective, despite this dealership’s denial of a problem. My vehicle has 40k miles and I am stuck with a 10k repair bill because they refused to look into the issues I experienced when it was under warranty. I was a loyal customer and now I will never purchase a VW again and will never work with this dealership again. Please do not reply and tell me to call because I have left several messages regarding this issue and you have not responded.

In the past buying cars have always been a hassle for me but this time I was surprised with how easy the process was with Volkswagen. Our sales rep Logan went above and beyond he was very well mannered and very helpful! When we got there he went out of his way to make me a coffee with sugar and creamer along with making sure we were comfortable the whole time we were there. I had brought my newborn son with me and everyone there was super helpful and polite. Logan even installed his car seat base into our new vehicle! He even helped me with transferring all my stuff to the new car as well! Even financing was super helpful and very transparent on what was going on! Loved this experience!

Took my Volkswagen Atlas in to be serviced on 10/2 My service tech was Cole. I told them I had no cruise control and lane assist. He was honest with me and told me that probably need to go back to my glass company that replaced my windshield because it was the glass. That worked out. In the interim, they said my brakes had hot streaks showed a little bit signs of wear and tear. I took that to replace the front brakes and rotors I had just had them replaced 5000 miles ago, which I had forgot. Cole could have Said you’re out of luck. Yet he took it to his manager, Chris and they discussed it and they agreed that it should’ve been under warranty. Which I greatly appreciate because brakes are very expensive. And there is no way brakes should wear out that fast with normal use. It was great to see a local Volkswagen company, honor and work with their customer. Especially when the business and the work is very hard to decipher the correct thing to do because of how high-tech vehicles are nowadays. I highly recommend these guys for your service needs. John

I had such a wonderful experience with the service department at Grand Junction Volkswagen! From start to finish, everything was handled so efficiently and professionally. They explained the work being done clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and had my car ready exactly when promised.
