Daniel listens to his customers. He explained my truck’s problem after running a few tests. He fixed the problem at the quoted price. He did not try to push unneeded services. I will continue to take my truck back to Grease Pro.

Scheduled an appointment nearly two weeks in advance to have my fuel purge valve and power steering pump replaced. Took them a full week to replace the power steering pump, and during that time they neglected to replace the fuel purge valve. They were not communicative on progress during this time, requiring me to call to figure out what the delays were. Save yourself time by going to a different location for mechanic work. These views reflect only the service center on 77, and not grease pros other locations.

As always Tim is too notch in fixing anything I ever have come up. This time I had a slow leak on a tire. He unmounted tire,cleaned up bead of tire and lip on rim. Replaced valve and stim. Then recounted tire. All good. Thanks so much

I have a small rental car agency and grease pro does all my detailing and vehicle maintenance including purchasing custom whelks and tires plus all oil changes and when I bought custom wheels and tires and got a estimate of what it would cost I was expecting $2300 and it ended up being less than $2000 so I know Daniel always finds ways to save money and joking there grease pro loyalty program a lot of times I go in and I have built up enough money that I don’t owe a dime after service. I highly recommend them for all there services especially the tire and auto repair location that Daniel manages. Daniel is a rockstar!

They told me up front they were the cheapest in town at over $100 an hour I'm in Panama City and the second place I went was cheaper than $100 an hour to work on a car. I have heard from a few of my friends that they do great work but I'm just sorry I have found other people the same day cheaper and done a great job with service warranties and everything and even got a year warranty with roadside assistance for a whole year anywhere in the United States. I don't think they can beat that but you go ahead and try them out and be asking a few questions before you accept their work? Update: Even though I took it to another place I had a few problems there so not everywhere is 100% in favor of their customers.

I'm a single struggling mom to a special needs child and my AC went out in my car. Grease Pro, in particular, Jeremy, did a great job on my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Duramax. Jeremy diligently tried to find the most appropriate yet affordable combination of parts and labor to address the issues with my truck. I would prefer to never have to take our family vehicles anywhere else for regular services and the infrequent big jobs.

I bought a 30,000.00 dollar truck and had to spend 8000.00 dollars in repairs and have about 4,000.00 dollars to go in the fist two months. The entire drive train was rusted out. I would not recommend this place to nobody. The truck locked down and could have killed us. They did offer 200.00 dollars in car washes. The truck was from Canada 🇨🇦 salt rust salt rust
