I wonder how the city of Greeley would feel if a "temporary" sign caused multiple accidents. Or how an attorney would feel... Just because someone comes in and tries to reason with you, doesn't mean you get in their face and start yelling at them. That's extremely unprofessional. This was the worst mechanic I have ever been to. Terribly unprofessional and unskilled. Didn't know what he was talking about and left my car with more problems then when I started. I visited twice. He did a thorough inspections the first time. Charged me $90. I went back today and he magically found other things wrong with my car. Didn't even fix the issue I brought my car in for. Terrible customer service as well. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Save your money and go to a trustworthy mechanic

Lot of words coming up, simply put I was treated poorly because I know how a car works and denied work because I would do half of the stuff myself. Stay safe and question any strange charges. I called asking for estimates on an HVAC repair for a vehicle since I don’t feel like working in the heat and am not getting paid for the job anyways. My first red flag should have been when I was told via an over-the-phone diagnostic that the compressors probably bad and it’s “just protocol” to replace the condenser alongside, running a tab of nearly $1,500. Later I called for a labor estimate after I diagnosed the vehicle and determined the condenser alone would need to be replaced. I mentioned I have the equipment to recharge the refrigerant myself and he quickly said “oh I won’t work on it then, have a good day.” And hung up. I have a sneaking suspicion they like to prey on folks that don’t know any better.

What a great place. We took my son's truck in because dash lights and tail light we not working. John, the main mechanic called us within one hour and had already fixed the problem. When we picked it up. He showed us where the fuses are and how to replace them in the future and then didn't even charge us and said this one was on him. This type of service rarely exists today. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this business!

I had an amazing experience with John and his shop. Was having major AC issues and the dealership ship without even looking at my truck said it was going to be well over $1500.00. I called John, he said bring it down in the morning and he'd take a look. Dropped it off before he opened and he called me within 2hrs and told me the issue and said it would be around $500. I asked if he could get it done today, he said he'd do his best to help me out. Not only did he do for under the price he quoted me, he stayed late for my wife to come get my keys. John and his shop just earned my business for my next issue. We'll done sir. I will be back

I had a fantastic experience at Greeley West Auto Repair today. I had been told by a local dealership that I needed an engine repair that was going to cost over $4800 on my 15-year-old Toyota Prius. This was due to having to remove the engine and that I would be better off selling the vehicle for salvage rather than getting it fixed. I called around town for some lower repair estimates. When I called GWAR and spoke to John, he invited me to come in for a courtesy inspection. He said that he seriously doubted that my vehicle needed what the dealership was indicating (in a written estimate). Sure enough, once John and his team put the vehicle on their lift, they quickly diagnosed that the issue was due to a faulty $35 part. They got the new part, fixed the vehicle, and I was out of the shop within 45 minutes with a total bill of $80. They saved me thousands! In my 35 years of experience with auto repair establishments in Greeley it has been rare to find someone as knowledgeable, honest, and helpful as John and his Team. They will definitely be my go-to auto repair place going forward.
