Have a friend or 2 to help clean the vehicle because you're timed. 100 seconds per dollar, having at least 1 other person will help maneuver quicker with the 4 tools. Other than that it's alright. The washing garage is cash or card. Bring quarters for the vaccine though because that's all it takes. Learned that the hard way.

It was very pleasant experience, the auto-wash managers were polite, helpful, and treated me with the respect and service of a long time customer on the first visit. I highly recommend using green clean for your car care needs and I can’t wait to see their advances in the future.

Clean my car here several times a month. They recently updated the washers and vacuums and did new paint. It really looks nice. They did raise the price of the vac though, from .50 cents to 1 dollar.

Was really good about a year ago. Not sure if managment changed but now alot of the options on the wash are always out (wax, high pressure soap and pre soak commonly) the vaccums are a hit or a miss. Might have one that works great, one that barely works or wadt 4 quaters. Use them wisely as most of the time the change machine is broke as well. If you want air you will have to go somewhere else because the air chuck is missing. If you feel like going off base the one by mainside is a little better than french creek. Hope this helps

The tag reader never activates the wash at this location in either lane. It does nothing but beeps then if you pull around and back through it says tag is in use. It also does not allow you to scan it. I particularly went with this company because of the placement of this location and asked if it could be used here in which I was told it can. Please repair this.

Really this place is a good, quick, value. The drying doesn't leave my car as dry as most other car washes, but when I need a quick rinse off this place will do just fine. Certain features get missed while using this place over the main site, such as the tire shine, free vacuums, and towels to clean you windows, but considering the location and convenience of this car wash it seems like a good value.

Tried the automated car wash for $10. Not too impressed since nothing scrubs the car. The far right stall seemed to have a leak so there wasn't much water pressure. Gave it another try a few days later by using a self-service stall. It's $5 for credit card swipe to start it and then $1 for each additional swipe to add time. Just looked at my bank account and was charged $10 even though i didn't swipe more than once. A bit disappointing. At least my car is cleaner that what it was. **Edit** Management reached out to me and gave me a refund

UPDATE Jan 2025: 2 of the 3 vacuums that I put money in, didn't work at all after eating my money & none of them had signs on them!! I had to go across the street to Taco Bell to get change bcuz the change machines don't work (blue tape over them). I think this place just puts blue tape over anything that's broken & doesn't fix it. I gave this place 3 chances over 4 years & 2 of the 3 chances cost me extra money with zero services being satisfactory. It's worth it to just go in town for a car wash. Do better. June 2021- It didn't give me directions other than "forward" or "stop", so I just stayed between the lines. Other car washes tell you when you're too far left or right. I was a little closer to the driver's side line than the passenger side line. But I was not over the line. When the blue water arm came around, it almost ripped off my driver's side mirror of my brand new car!!! So be warned, the guidelines are exactly where the armature goes.

How do I get in contact with whoever is in charger of the maintenance of this place? You have ongoing water running out of hose, vending machine charged me 2 times for air fresheners that were never delivered. Is anyone taking care of this place at all? Please provide point of contact.

They sent me a free wash for my birthday that was supposed to be good till July 15 .. today is the 8 and it shows redeemed ... But I didn't use it... Guess it goes off your vehicle tag as I washed my truck with a BOGO I bought before I got the birthday one .. guess the BOGO I paid for cancelled my birthday 🥳🎂... #rockinst

Terrible experience at this car wash. Had to use 2 different stalls because the card reader declines your card if you don't get to it in time to add more money to it. To make matters worse, the little guns that dispenses the conditioners doesn't work. The stall furthest to the left constantly had air In the compressor so it was a weak pulsating stream coming out of the guns. If I hadn't washed my whole truck with the foam brush, I would have just left but I had to use 3 different cards to at the very least rinse off my truck. You shouldn't have to test each function at the very beginning every time before starting a car wash, but I recommend you do that if you come to this place.

The do it you self wash is mid and going off base will provide a better service. The auto wash does a barely good enough job as the sprayers doesn't go all the way around the vehicle as it realistically should to provide a good car cleaning, if I'm paying $19 dollar for a the top wash I'm expecting for car to be clean not just good enough.

Went through one of the manual wash bays to give my ride so much need love. After inserting $5 only 4 wash options worked (both high prower washes, foam brush and the air dryer). It would be nice if the display screen or buttons showed what options were available PIROR to depositing so you can choose one of the other bays if your option(s) aren't available. Also, the bays lights were not on (not complaining about this one, just bringing it to the owners attention).

If you want to waste money for results you can get with a garden hose, this is the spot! Card machines don’t work, soaps and cleaners never work… horrible. Wasted a lot of money here, go to one off base.

Over all not bad. The car wash was decent for $14, and it was about $4 to vacuuming. The first vacuum ate the quarters but the second one we used ended up working.

Do not waste your money. The auto-car wash did not clean my vehicle at all. If your going to come here just use the self wash station or go somewhere else. This wasn't even old mud, it was still fresh when I got there.
