If you're looking for a Honda, see Stefen Echols, he's amazing. If you want a Hyundai, see Clayton White. Both are professional with great customer service and ethics.

Terrible service thieves work there, will steal expensive and cheap stuff out of your new vehicle just bought and breaks on you. Don’t give them any service. Stole the 2 things I left in my new car when they ended up ordering the wrong part which meant they kept it longer. Terrible customer service thieves like that should never work in a public industry and just get away with it. Mechanics they have working there are thieves and will take anything they see in your car including a charger. Don’t take your vehicle there if you like your belongings.

This is almost laughable coming from a member of management to respond this way to anyone. This is what patrons can expect when they go here. This is a copy and paste from my original review left for the dealership and their response to it. I am a sensible person that expects sensible interactions. I did uncover there was an underlying issue with my car that could potentially be causing the problem that was present when I brought my vehicle in and that they service team knew about but never presented to me. I know this because when I called them to point out my vehicle was still making the noise that i originally brought my vehicle in for, the manager let me know there was cupping in my tires that may be the problem. I would have had no problem with them saying after doing the alignment and listening to the vehicle we uncovered an additional issue or that new tires and an alignment didnt fix the noise. The fact that you called and led me to believe my issue was fixed (by saying my car is ready to be picked up) is what creates the expectation that I wouldnt have any more issues. DO BETTER! ****************** ORIGINAL POST *********************** *****BEWARE***** I should have read the reviews prior to taking my car in for service at this dealership! There was a noise that caused me to take the car to the dealership for repair during my visit for the holidays. After looking at my car, then driving my car, the technician told me that the noise was coming from my front right tire and once that was replaced I’d need to get an alignment to fix the issue. After the estimate of $1300 for a set (which is typical but I know I could get a better deal outside of the dealership) I ended up going some place else for the tires but came back for the alignment, which Im thinking, based on the diagnosis I was given would fix my issue. BIG SHOCKER the noise is still there. After expressing my concern with the service manager, there was no accountability for having me go through buying tires and an alignment outside of they were trying to diagnose the issue (which cost me a set of tires and an alignment). Because the money was already spent on the tires which I didnt purchase at the dealership there was nothing that could be done outside of taking some accountability for giving me information that wasn’t correct and at least acknowledging that there may have been a better way figure out what was causing the noise. Instead they gaslit me and attempted to make me feel like I had done something wrong by trusting what they told me would fix my car. The reviews add up! Rethink this dealership if you’re planning on going there! ************** Response from the owner ***************** Jason, we're sorry to hear about your experience, but in order to properly diagnose an issue such as a "noise" as you describe it, there are diagnostic steps that must be completed to pinpoint the issue. The first step was to replace the bad tire on your vehicle then to do an alignment to prevent premature, uneven wear to the new tire, because there is an issue causing your tire to wear like like that. Preventative maintenance can be costly, especially tires, because in certain instances it's best to replace the full set ensuring even tire wear, a smooth ride, and the ability to properly rotate at the appropriate intervals which insures them providing the maximum service life for your investment. You chose to take the vehicle elsewhere(Walmart) to have the tires replaced, then returned to Greg May Honda on a separate visit requesting an alignment with no mention of diagnosing any noise, which we concluded was reconciled by the tires you purchased elsewhere. You vehicle was unable to be driven, due to the fact that when you came to pick it up it was completely out of fuel to the point our service manager had to stay after hours to make a trip to the gas station for fuel, in order for you to leave, at no charge to you.

Wouldn’t even give it a one star review. I had my 2016 GMC sierra serviced thru them for my extended warranty on my transmission in 2022 and 2023 and now the trans is failing again and after calling and leaving messages about it for almost two weeks now I have yet to be called back. I started calling places where I was told the trans came from (three places mind you) and all three said they had no record of a transmission or my truck on file after being told by Greg may honda that’s where my trans came from. Every time I’d ask for paperwork regarding the service done to my truck Trent would not provide me with the info or papers on my own vehicle. I would just get a paper with how much it would’ve cost me without warranty. Nothing on what was wrong with the trans, where it came from, and who worked on it. Now I feel like I’m being ignored by the dealership on info I need on my vehicle to see if my trans is still under warranty and if I can happily go somewhere else
