Griffith Auto was recommended by a friend of mine after I was involved in a large and complicated accident. Griffith did an excellent job repairing by car and quoted me a very reasonable price. They worked well with multiple insurance companies and even waited for a week for insurance checks to process even after the car was fixed and returned to me. Tommy, the owner, has a hands-on approach to his company and he and his staff are very friendly and pleasant. Chose this body shop (with an A+ recommendation from a auto-claim adjuster friend) for repairs on my car after a rear-end collision. The work was done perfectly and on time, and the staff were beyond courteous and kind every step of the way. Tommy explained everything about the process, including going over my estimate with me and assuring me that they would work with the insurance company to make sure my car was properly fixed up. When computer trouble emerged with a faulty collision sensor in the vehicle, Griffith Automotive not only started the process to correct the sensor, but they also worked with the insurance company and claim adjuster's office to get me additional service at the dealership to make sure I could drive my car safely. I highly recommend this shop. I really felt like a valued customer, and I've gotten nothing but compliments on my "new" vehicle. Great people, great work.

We took our car in for an exterior detail. We wanted the plastic door edge protection removed as it had grown icky looking over the years, a good buff and wax and a scratch touched up. No interior detail. $175. When we picked up the car, it was shiny, but they did not dress the black plastic trim, touch up the scratch or DO THE ROOF. When we asked, they said they had spent the whole day on the car....detailed the interior! ( I remind you, we said NOT to do that.) Clean looking business, people seemed nice, but we didn't get what we asked, or paid for. I will tell you they did remove the plastic door protection and touch up the scratch after we complained but, honestly, I could have done a better job on the touch up.

Tommy is so personable, charismatic, and truly just wants what's best for the driver and for the car! I've gone to him twice now, once for a mirror replacement and once to get my windshield fixed, and he has been prompt and communicative the entire way. I was recommended Griffith Auto from my normal mechanic (who doesn't do body work), and they didn't disappoint! We had a smashed bumper and the folks here got everything done on time, even though it ended up needing slightly more work than initially expected. They handled everything with our insurance after the initial claim was filed, and customer service was terrific! Would recommend.

It's not often that you run into a truly honest car repair shop. I was told I needed work done immediately but decided to shop around first. Not only did Griffith have the best price, upon inspection they concluded the repair wasn't necessary for months. This is not a call you get very often! Bought a used motorhome from here back in august. Had to buy it without seeing it in person first, and Tommy was very helpful and patient with answering my slew of questions and getting me all the photos I requested. He did a wonderful and very detailed job fixing up a couple things before I drove off with it. Tommy and Tammy both (and their dog!) were very friendly and personable, and wanted to make sure I was set up for success. Very grateful to have bought the motorhome here, as I doubt many people would have cared for their customer as much.

Nervous about body shops that give lower quotes than what I've gotten before, but figured out that it's because they are honest and get straight to work ... no games. Wonderful staff and wonderful experience. They fixed damage on my car and made it look brand new — ALL IN ONE DAY for a third of the quotes I've gotten other places. Would always recommend them to anyone. I'll be back. Makes you realize the circles some of these other shops run around you.

I contacted Tommy Griffith to take a look at my 2014 Avalon for hail damage. My insurance adjuster determined that a had 3100.00 worth of damage. It was a lot of little pings on the body and a cracked windshield. Griffith auto determined that I had 11,500.00 worth of damage. Rather than just telling me so I could seek another opinion, he called my insurance company and they totaled my car. It wasn't that bad. I did not want to give up the car. I just sunk a lot of extras into it. He should of just told me and NOT contact my insurance company. My insurance company would not allow me to seek a second opinion. So they offered me just a few thousand dollars and a salvaged title for it. Tommy Griffith did me wrong. He offered no apology or help in this matter and cost me several thousand dollars. This man Iss a cheat and I lost all respect for him.

They will move mountains to meet your expectations! Mr.Tommy was highly recommended by an insurance estimator after my first choice fell through due to scheduling conflicts. I don't regret going to Griffith, in fact, if my initial choice were not family and if I had known about the quality of Mr Tommy's work then I absolutely would have chose Griffith Automotive first. He was met with the common obstacle of the wrong parts being shipped and overcame with grace. these days you cannot look at a side mirror and know whether or not it's Wi-Fi capable. The connections are the same The mirror is identical and appearance. The wrong mirror was in the right box so he installed it. When it came time to programming it didn't take because it lacked the Wi-Fi capability. He had to expedite, uninstall the old and reinstall the new within 24 hours so that I can drive my son and his new wife on their wedding day. If it can be done he can get it done. No excuses just plain effort and know how. The process was seamless. Let's not forget to mention the lady who coordinates it all at the front desk. She was attentive and very pleasant to deal with. Tucker stood tall watching over everything and everyone. A scenario may disappoint but these folks never do. Hard working and honest folks who take pride in their craft. They have to deal with folks on their worst times after an accident and they restore the beauty of what was.
