We had a previous issue of being turned away for a service right after being told over the phone to bring our car in (see my previous review below...it was not only pre-scheduled, but something quite routine) - and despite the reply we received on that review, we had no correspondence with a manager, even after I contacted Nissan support with screenshots and was promised a reply. But, we gave them another try today for a service, and Bobby made it right! He was honest, thorough, very kind, and fair. Not to mention personable! The shop let us know that a minor repair we wanted assessed was actually not needed/not useful - though it would've been fairly cheap if not almost free, it's still a green flag for a mechanic. See Bobby's card for his direct contact! Note: the small waiting room, which very wonderfully has snacks and drinks (and sockets and Wi-Fi), is VERY cold. Bring a jacket!

Nissan of Athens has been taking care of myself and my family for over a decade. In the world of customer care and business in general, I’m sure there’s no finer human being than Jerry Booker. He has cultivated a culture of excellence at this location, and the service department is second to none. Serge has been my representative within the service department, and I cannot say enough good things about him and the way I’ve been treated by the entire staff there. Tony has also been an integral part in making sure my needs have been met, both on my vehicle itself and me personally while I wait for service. I have no idea if this is how all Nissan dealerships are run, but this place is so amazing that I’ll be a lifelong customer.

Absolutely AMAZING service!!! We had to replace a transmission. We had a third party warranty service and Nate did all the work with them. Followed up every time it was necessary and answered plenty of questions along the way!! We were highly satisfied with the service, communication and kindness from the staff!! This was my first time visiting this location. I went on a Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in and out in an efficient amount of time! I was totally in shock—for I’ve waited 2-4 hours for an oil change at other Nissan service centers. The customer service I received was beyond awesome!!! The waiting area was clean and relaxing with a restroom, television, refrigerator filled with complimentary beverages and a counter filled with complimentary snacks. I’d most definitely come back again when in the area.

False advertisement. I now have 5 hard pulls on my credit report. They advertised no credit check, which i expected a soft pull, but now where can I go? Geoff is a liar and so are his coworkers. Huey, waited on a white couple instead of us. I knew it was a bad choice when that happened at our arrival. I drove over an hour based off of verbal and Facebook information. They will lie over the phone.

I have came here plenty of times to get a oil change & inspection . This time it particularly took longer than expected going on two hours. I had to go back to the service desk to find my attendant that was helping me chit chatting with another employee, and said “oh hey I thought you left “. I told him that I was going to be waiting . It is his job to come find me in the building or to call my phone. WORST EXPERIENCE YESTERDAY.

He was polite, kind, compassionate and knew exactly what to do to get me back on the road in 2 minutes.
