I love this place. I have dealt with mechanics of all levels, dealerships to shade tree, and never has one dealt more fairly or honestly than GLP. The lost art of customer service is alive and well here. They go above and beyond every time I have I come in. I have been with them for years and years and will never go anywhere else. I refer all of my friends and family. I even refer jerks, because everyone deserves tremendous service.

I am not sure what the previous comments were talking about because I have never found a more honest mechanic shop that doesn't try to cheat me out of all my money. I took my car there for radiator work, picked it up and he had fixed my broken back door, a sensor, and my tire as well but didn't charge me for it. Didn't even charge me retail price for parts. Super honest guys there not trying to take advantage of people. Definitely recommend.

I have taken multiple vehicles to Ground Level Performance with issues from engine trouble or sensors to something as simple as questions about an oil change. I received amazing customer service and have always had a quick turn around and quality results with each vehicle. I would highly recommend GLP and won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

I was told my alternator was bad at several shops so while I was shopping around for prices I called GLP and they told me to come so they could first just diagnose. They spent 10 minutes looking and said it was just the battery terminal! They could have tried to screw me over like the other places but they didn't. I only ever go to them and this confirms why. My whole family goes here. They are honest! That's rare in this industry. I had to go there again today for a spark plug issue. Gary was amazing, reasonable, and very friendly. Reconfirming why I will only ever go to GLP!

I had Steve and his crew replace the transmission in my car a couple years back. Here we are a couple years later and still shifting and driving like new. VERY REASONABLE PRICING!!! Great team. I like doing my own minor work but GLP is my go to for ANYTHING I'm not comfortable with doing myself.

My 02 Duramax was losing power when I'd pull a hill with my fifth wheel. GLP was able to troubleshoot and determine my injection pump was bad. I had a trip planned in a week and needed the job done quick. They were able to replace my injection pump, plus all the extra stuff I added on (injectors, fuel lines and turbo). I won't be taking my truck anywhere else from now on.

Absolute amazing team. I had taken my Ford 7.3 diesel to about three other shops to fix a unresponsive throttle. I had to wait almost a month at Bakers and they still did not fix the problem even though I paid over a grand. GLP got my truck back to me within one week. They found the problem and fixed it and they where very fair in what they charged me. I will now never use any other shop in ogden.

These are injectors that Steve “rebuilt” with less than 10,000 miles. $1800 and these things weren’t touched. Full of carbon on the nozzles and o rings look are stiff as a rock and look like they have been there for 20 years. Don’t do business with this shop.

Had my trucks top end fully redone. Due to long shipping for the parts it took a few weeks before they could start, but now that I have it done, I am very impressed. These guys know what they are doing and to have my truck "bulletproofed" it was by far the best price around and they did an amazing job after . My truck runs like new thanks to Ground Level Performance. Also I have to say I did a huge down payment before they started on it, without realizing it, I accidently overpaid them. That night I got a call from the owner Steve and he let me know I overpaid and just put that money towards the total cost. This is a very honest shop. Also he gave me a quote up front and they stuck to the quote. I highly recommend this place.

Took my 7.3 to Steve to get injectors replaced because I was hearing a knocking noise and the truck was under powered. After I got it back it still knocked and was under powered. I had another professional shop look and they told me that it didn’t look like anything was even touched on the truck. So I call back and Steve gave me a B.S story that my fuel was still contaminated. Then he told me to bring it back so I did and then 2 weeks later I get it back again and still didn’t fix my problem. So I ended up selling the truck. I wouldn’t ever recommend going to this shop.

I dealt with Steve and I can’t begin to say how impressed I am with their work very high quality work! They rebuilt the motor in my 91 dodge (it was well over due for a rebuild) very helpful and knowledgeable with older vehicles such as mine, he answered any and every question I had and was happy to help me understand the process of rebuilding motors. If you need your vehicle looked over I highly recommend coming to see these guys. Steve and his crew are very honest and down to earth. Definitely gonna be returning to them down the road!

I had gotten with Ground Level Performance to rebuild my 7.3 injectors. and while we ran into some unforeseen issues, Steve went above and beyond to make things right. Without hesitation, he gave me a brand new set of injectors to replace the faulty ones and get me on the road. (Had to leave for bfe nevada that night) His customer service and commitment to resolving the issue were top-notch. I truly appreciate his dedication and honesty—highly recommend working with him!

Great people their work looks fantastic. Will be starting a new project with them and I can't wait for the new heart in my classic 67. Update. My classic 67 el Camino came out fantastic. These folks really know what they are doing. . I can’t say enough about the great job the team at GLP did. New paint and full engine build. This thing is amazing. If you need any thing in the automotive restore and or repair. This is definitely the place. These folks are next level.

They always have my best interests in mind, and really go the extra mile to keep your vehicle on the road. I really appreciate their service, and will be using this shop for years to come. If I could leave another 5 star review I would. Thanks Steve! Prior Review I am newer to Ogden, so I started researching shops to bring my 1994.5 7.3 Powerstroke too, when I came across Ground Level Performance. Spoke with the owner Steve a few times, brought in my truck for an overall inspection, to get the truck on a maintenance schedule, and to change out the starter. Steve and his team were absolutely great. They examined my truck to see what items needed immediate attention or not. They are very knowledgable on these trucks, they had me in and out. Great team over there. Highly recommended.
