Really kind and helpful staff, accepted my walk-in appointment. Only issues were that it took way too long for them to change a tire valve and my tire was over-pressured. However, I wasn't charged for the service as an apology. I'm sure their normal services are timely and good, so I would see myself returning here.

Great prices and great service. Most importantly, these guys are honest. I took my car in because I thought the break pads needed to be replaced, and they called me to tell me that the break pads looked great. I know that's something small, but it would have been really easy for them to just do it and charge me for it.

We have never been to Holley's before. We asked if they could diagnose a small oil leak. They told me to come in on Friday early and it they would need 1 1/2 hours to diagnose this issue. I brought the car in at 5:30 pm on Thursday, they said that would be fine At 12:30 pm on Friday I called them, it had been 4 hours, they said they didn't know anything about me, (they had key and my car was sitting there). They didn't know if they could see it or not. Then said they would try. The women that spoke to me was very rude and demeaning. She called back 90 min later and told us it was $2,000, just to get TO the oil leak. I was shocked. We keep our car in very good condition even though it's a 2005 Lexus. She was rude when I asked where the leak was at, or coming from. She didn't know, but said it would be over $2000. Told her we would get the car at 530pm. She said they would be closed by then, (they close at 6pm), also she refused to give us the diagnosis paperwork for the car, ever...huh We paid the $105.00 for the diagnostic, for no diagnosis paperwork. Called manager, he said it will be on the counter if we want to come get it. The manager said they are trying to work with this person, (Holly), they know she is mean sometimes. He kept apologizing, the diagnosis comes to $.1880.00 I told him I was sorry that he just lost a good paying customer, because of her, and I would be writing a negative review, in a long line of negative reviews for this company. Again, he was sorry. Don't go there.

If you are feeling blue just stop by - these people are great. Always happy, always upbeat, always positive. My experience was a breath of fresh air - restored my faith in human kindness. They are professional, understanding, eager to share information and provide the best customer service. As I said, go for the need of their knowledge, you will want to stay for the positive experience. Five stars, wish I could give them more.

So glad to have found this business. I have a class C motorhome that was due the state emission testing. I was having a problem finding a place that would do it and heard about Holley’s. I stopped in and they told me to bring it in anytime they would get it done. I brought it back that afternoon and they took it right in for testing. The staff was very friendly and worked quickly to process the test, process my state registration, and get me back on the road. I will take vehicles back there for service. Thanks

VERY CROOKED AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!! IF YOU WANT AN HONEST SHOP STAY AWAY!! Wish I could give negative stars! Posting this review months later but it’s important. This place is a joke. We were buying a jeep from Darren Bideaux nearby. They were taking it to hollys to do the safety and emissions. We set up to have the shop look over the vehicle to make sure it was mechanically sound. We specifically wanted the motor mounts checked because we thought they might be broken, so we discussed this with the shop ahead of time. They called my husband and said the jeep was great and had nothing wrong with it. It had a shake when put in gear so we thought for sure the motor mounts might be shot. He asked if the motor mounts were bad, they said nope it looks perfect and was super clean. He asked if the oil cooler was in good working order because it was common for them not to be, they said yes it looks great! They said we aren’t going to charge you the diagnostics fee because we did safety and emissions. That should have been our big red flag on the situation but we chalked it up to a good, reputable shop like we were told. We’re an hour and a half away so we just trusted it. Fast forward to buying it the next day, taking it home and to our trusted mechanic. The motor mounts were broken, oil cooler was leaking all over the place and the rear brakes should have never passed safety. My husband called them to talk about the findings and they wouldn’t even have a conversation. Had they charged us and we had a paper trail we could have gone to small claims court but they knew what they were doing. Stay away! Photos from our mechanic included.

Imagine paying $1400 to have a starter replaced, then being told your vehicle still won’t start, and it wasn’t the starter it’s a hole in your piston, your engine needs to be replaced and due to the shop not being able to find and engine referring you to another shop for a rebuild. Then finding out after your vehicle has been re-diagnosed, the relay for the starter was left in the cup holder of the of the vehicle and it started just fine after it was put in and there is not a hole in your piston. Very shoddy, poor work. Would be extremely careful if you choose to come to this shop.

I had the best experience at Hollys this week. I took my car to a dealership, and they quoted me $2,000 for something that didn't make sense. They have done that multiple times and it's hard to know is actually wrong when I take it to the dealership. I took my Jeep to Holly's and they said it was a small connection issue and fixed it for NO COST. They were so easy to work with, and all the positive reviews absolutely checked out. I will forever be a customer of Hollys of how they treated me. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Honest companies are hard to find!

This place is a joke! I walked in asked for an emissions test and the man told me to take a seat and wait. So I sat and waited about 15 minutes, then one of the employees walked in and asked the guy at the desk if there were any cars that needed emissions testing. The man at the desk looked at me (the only person in room) and turned back to the employee and replayed no. Full of frustration I left because was unsure of how much longer I would be there after that crap. I have had other unpleasant experiences with this place in the past that have made me weary, but this was the last straw for me. Do not waste your time here, they will treat you like an idiot. Just another crappy automotive shop that needs to have its doors closed because of terrible service.
